★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel! Na hora de vir pegar a bateria da garantia para analise foi uma coisa, mas pra devolver deixar a desejar. Marca um horário e não aparece, marca outro horario e tambem n aparece.
Horrible! In time to come pick up the battery warranty for analysis was one thing, but to return to leave to be desired. Marks a time and does not appear, marks another schedule and also n appears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha bateria descarregou dia 16/10/21, sábado. Liguei e solicitei que viessem buscar minha bateria para dar uma carga. Me informaram que custaria R$ 50,00 e que entregariam na segunda-feira, dia 18/10. Rapidamente um motoboy veio e levou a bateria. O motoboy não forneceu um recibo. Nas vezes que liguei para a loja atenderam dizendo "império" e não "Império das Baterias, bom dia!" Logo percebi que a experiência não seria das melhores. A promessa de entregar na segunda-feira não foi cumprida. Prorrogaram para terça-feira. Fui na loja. Não cumpriram. Fui na loja pessoalmente segunda vez na quarta-feira ver o quê estava acontecendo e depois de me informarem que não tinha motoboy disponível pra fazer a entrega e outra vez que a moto do motoboy estava com defeito, finalmente, me entregaram a bateria, dia 20/10/21, quarta-feira. Ufa! Não emiti opinião, apenas narrei os fatos. Cada um tire suas próprias conclusões.
My battery ran out on 10/16/21, Saturday. I called and asked them to come get my battery to give it a charge. They informed me that it would cost R$ 50.00 and that they would deliver it on Monday, 10/18. Quickly a motorcycle courier came and took the battery. The courier did not provide a receipt. When I called the store, they answered saying "Empire" and not "Battery Empire, good morning!" I soon realized that the experience would not be the best. The promise to deliver on Monday was not fulfilled. Extended to Tuesday. I went to the store. Did not comply. I went to the store in person the second time on Wednesday to see what was going on and after they informed me that they did not have a courier available for delivery and another time that the courier's motorcycle was defective, they finally gave me the battery, on the 20th /10/21, Wednesday. Ufa! I didn't give an opinion, I just narrated the facts. Each draw their own conclusions.
