Eles dificultam de todo jeito pra dá uma nota fiscal, inclusive, outra funcionária se aproxima, conversa nos olhos com a outra e diz que o sistema está fora do ar. Quanto à pessoa que foi levar a bateria, Shou. Pedi a nota fiscal e êle falou que eles vão mandar por e-mail a nota, mas tenho certeza que é queixo. Quando precisar outra vez, comprarei em outro lugar, mesmo se o preço for mais alto, mas o atendimento dessas duas mulheres que me atenderam, não foi legal e disse pra elas, vocês perderam o cliente. Logo depois, varios funcionários se reuniram e todos ficaram olhando na minha direção. A vida é ASSIM: quando se procura os direitos, não somos bem recebido e no mínimo, somos até indiscriminado.

Liguei para o "SOS Baterias" e imediatamente mandaram um técnico e substituíram a bateria, levando-a para a autorizada.
Ontem, 01/10/21, recebi a bateria devidamente carregada.
Muito bom o atendimento na emergência que passei, pois, foi rápido e prestativo.

I recommend, if you are afraid that your battery is failing, the seller did a test with a device that checks battery power... I just don't understand that we have to deliver your old battery in exchange for the new one!
