Fiz a troca deo conector do carregador do meu MotoG4 que estava com.problemas e peguei meu celular de volta sem.problemas. A duas semanas, meu celular comecou a falhar para carregar, tinha que forcar um pouco pra cima para reconhecer o carregador. Entrei em contato com a loja e pediram para eu levar o celular para arrumar. Foi informado que uma trilha de carregamento foi rompida, ate aí tudo bem. Deve ter sido por mal uso meu, apesar de ter o celular a 3 anos e nunca ter acontecido isso. Ocorre que o problema estava no conector que foi trocado, pelo visto de qualidade inferior que o original e não estava mais dando o contato devido, e até por isso devido a ter que forçar o cabo pra carregar, pode ter causado esse rompimento da trilha. Minha esposa levou o celular semana passada para nova troca do conector e para a minha surpresa, já senti diferenças, pois os cabos não conectavam um pouco mais difícil no encaixe como de costume qdo o conector é novo, igual acontecia quando troquei da primeira vez. E pra minha total decepção, o celular ligado ao invés de carregar, descarrega qdo está conectado. Só carrega qdo está desligado. Ou seja, voltou pior do que antes. A pessoa é muito gentil e boa pessoa e se dispôs a ajudar, porém já me irritei, pois nao voltarei novamente na loja, pois trabalho longe e e fora do horário de funcionamento da mesma. Também não posso ficar novamente sem celular, pra correr o risco de piorar ainda mais o problema. Comprei também um carregador turbo da Motorola, o carregador funciona certo, mas o cabo NOVO não funcionou nem uma semana. E está novo, posso comprovar isso pois as conexões estão ainda todas novas, mas não funciona. Enfim, vou em outra assistência. Infelizmente perdeu um cliente. Boa sorte e sucesso.
Months ago I evaluated the service provided at this store, as I was well attended at the time. I exchanged the charger connector of my MotoG4 which was having problems and got my cell phone back without any problems. Two weeks ago, my cell phone started failing to charge, I had to push it up a bit to recognize the charger. I contacted the store and they asked me to take my cell phone to fix it. It was reported that a loading trail was broken, so far so good. It must have been my misuse, despite having the cell phone for 3 years and that never happened. It turns out that the problem was in the connector that was replaced, because it was of lower quality than the original and was no longer making the proper contact, and even because of that, due to having to force the cable to load, it may have caused this break in the trail. My wife took the cell phone last week for a new connector replacement and to my surprise, I already felt differences, as the cables didn't connect a little harder to fit as usual when the connector is new, the same as when I changed it the first time. And to my total disappointment, the cell phone turned on instead of charging, it discharges when it is connected. It only loads when it is turned off. In other words, it came back worse than before. The person is very kind and a good person and was willing to help, but I was already irritated, as I will not go back to the store again, as I work far away and outside the store's opening hours. Nor can I go without my cell phone again, to run the risk of making the problem even worse. I also bought a Motorola turbo charger, the charger works fine, but the NOVO cable didn't work for a week. And it's new, I can prove it because the connections are still all new, but it doesn't work. Anyway, I'm going on another assistance. Unfortunately you lost a customer. Good luck and sucess.
