Meu Querido Propietário,é o seguinte..Não estou dizendo q vcs não me deram instruções.E as dúvidas q eu queria tirar são aqueles q surgem conforme o uso do aparelho.Se fosse muitas perguntas e problemas ,com certeza vou tentar me preoculpar pelo salário dos seus técnicos.Porém dificuldades aparecem de vez em quanto conforme o seu uso e mesmo sendo uma perguntinha,para ouvir a voz do seu técnico preciso pagar R$150,00!!! Disso que estou falando.E agora q alterei o meu Internet para fibra ,não estou podendo puxar e nem enviar os dados da máquina.E para perguntar de configuração com Internet sou obrigada "a pagar 150,00???para ter suporte durante 1mês? Como vc consegue só se preoculpar pelo salário dos técnicos e não pelos clientes q te deram confiança e adquiriu produto? Sr.acha pela crise q estamos 150,00 é pouco??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Aparentemente o aparelho que eles venderam está com problema e para ver o que aconteceu tem que pagar R$140 e depois esperar a boa/má vontade deles em te retornar. Arrependimento enorme de ter adquirido um relógio ponto com essa empresa. NÃO RECOMENDO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ocorrido algum problema no software do relógio de ponto, é cobrado um valor de R$ 140, por 30 dias. Passado o período, o problema retorna e o cliente é obrigado novamente a contratar o mesmo, por ficar de mãos atadas. Faturamento em cima de problemas técnicos. Péssima empresa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem como vários clientes já relataram esta empresa está interessada apenas em tirar dinheiro de quem eles conseguem. Tive um problema de comunicação, paguei 140 reais por uma chamada de 5 minutos onde o técnico reconfigurou o ip. Até aí sem problemas, exploratório, mas o problema foi causado pelo meu roteador. Posteriormente o relógio deu problema. Só funcionava no 220V. Retirei o relógio FUNCIONANDO e enviei para reparo em garantia. No retorno da garantia o relógio não funcionava mais. Resultado: pediram mais 140 reais por um problema ocasionado por eles mesmos. NÃO COMPREM DESTA EMPRESA. PESQUISEM! Se eu tivesse feito a lição de casa e pesquisado não tinha tido tanta dor de cabeça.
