★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, principalmente do proprietário. Tratou com descaso o conserto do meu aparelho, e tanto ele quanto o funcionário não me ligavam para me dar posição alguma. Atendimento é tudo, e mesmo se tivessem me cobrado mil reais eu teria arrumado se tivesse sido bem atendido, lamentável. Trabalho com clientes também, e ele é sempre o primeiro a saber quando não consigo atende-lo da melhor foma.
 Terrible service, especially from the owner. He treated the repair of my device with disregard, and he and the clerk did not call me to give me any position. Attendance is everything, and even if they had charged me a thousand reais I would have arranged it had it been well attended, unfortunate. I work with customers too, and he's always the first to know when I can not handle him in the best way.

R$0,50 por uma impressão colorida SIMPLES, R$0,50 de TAXA para acessar a internet (whatsapp) para imprimir um pedido (e não avisa que tem taxa), ao passar cartão de débito para pagar, cobra TAXA de R$0,50, o que é uma atitude ilegal segundo código de defesa do consumidor. Atendimento lento e abusivo. Já fui várias vezes, mas nunca mais volto. Comprei uma impressora hoje mesmo, mesmo que eu use pouco, só para parar de passar raiva.
