Não possuem agilidade para resolver as pendências, só visam vender e vender, más na verdade, não tem respeito algum para com os clientes.
Não recomendo!
Não retornarei a fazer compras lá!

They do not have the agility to resolve pending issues, they only aim to sell and sell, but in fact, they have no respect for their customers.

Fiz a compra de uma cama Box no dia 04/11/21 a vendedora marcou com o serviço de entrega para trazer às 18h do mesmo dia e até agora nada. A gente liga e eles nem atendem fala no WhatsApp e não resolvem. Minha cama Box está lá na loja e eles não estão nem aí para trazer para mim. Que falta de competência!! Não recomendo a ninguém ?
I'm not enjoying the experience with this store, the one in the center of Caruaru. I bought a box bed on 11/04/21 the seller arranged with the delivery service to bring it at 6 pm on the same day and so far nothing. We call and they don't even answer, talk on WhatsApp and they don't solve it. My Box bed is there in the store and they don't care to bring it to me. What a lack of competence!! I don't recommend it to anyone ?
