★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, a loja é boa, porém a mesma tem um política de empurrar seguro de móveis e eletros no valor à vista dos produtos. Se os clientes não presta atenção eles vão pagar por um seguro que ele não pediu para contratar. Acho isso uma prática de má fé por parte da loja no intuito de vender um serviço sem o cliente ter ciência do que estar pagando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma maq. de lavar consul 12kg no sabado 24-03-22 no mesmo dia apresenta problema no funcionamento ja comuniquei a vendedora o caso a mesma diz que ficasse tranquilo q a loja vai ate no max 2 dias vai fazer a troca .
depois desse dois dia so sei de algo sobre isso pela vendedora mas niguem como gerente ou alguem (chefe) falam nada pra dar seguranca.
acho que a comunicacao e muito falha com o cliente pra poder sentir seguranca na loja.
ainda to esperando fazer a troca hj 27-03 mas seguro de ser resolvido por ter ido na propria loja e ter mas seguranca.
- E PRECISO VCS MELHORAREM MAS A COMUNICACAO COM OS SEUS CLIENTES QUANDO ACONTECER ESSES CASOS PRA QUE ELES TENHAM MAS CONFIANCA NA MARCA IMPERIO LOJA
I bought a maq. to wash consul 12kg on Saturday 24-03-22 on the same day has a problem in the operation I have already informed the saleswoman about the case she says to rest assured that the store will go until max 2 days will make the exchange.
after these two days I only know something about it from the saleswoman but no one as a manager or someone (boss) says anything to reassure me.
I think the communication is too flawed with the customer to feel safe in the store.
I'm still waiting to make the exchange today 27-03 but I'm sure it will be resolved because I went to the store and had more security.
- YOU NEED TO IMPROVE BUT THE COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THESE CASES HAPPENS SO THAT THEY HAVE MORE TRUST IN THE IMPERIO STORE BRAND
