★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um óculos para minha filha com uma vendedora que disse que a armação não iria trincar como o óculos que ela estava no momento da compra, fez umas demonstrações de como a armação era de qualidade, mas pouco meses depois a armação trincou do mesmo modo que a anterior armação dela, já entrei em contato com a ótica ,deixei o óculos trincado com eles ,me disseram que entraria em contato comigo no dia seguinte, mas faz oito dias hoje e até agora nada, ligo pra o número da atendente que me atendeu e ela não atende, o número da loja não chama , descaso total com a cliente! A minha filha tem miopia e não pode ficar sem óculos.
I bought an eyeglass for my daughter from a saleswoman who said that the frame would not crack like the glasses she was wearing at the time of the purchase. her previous frame, I got in touch with the optician, I left her glasses cracked with them, they told me she would contact me the next day, but it's been eight days today and so far nothing, I call the number of the attendant who answered me and she doesn't answer, the store number doesn't call, total neglect with the customer! My daughter has myopia and cannot go without glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima atendimento da Dona. Entrega fora do prazo e sem prévia comunicação. Perdi a viagem e só fui informada quando cheguei de que meus óculos não estavam prontos. Tive a infelicidade de voltar para fazer mais dois de grau com meus pais e quase fui posta pra fora da ótica pq recebi uma proposta melhor e pensei em completar o valor da consulta e fechar com outra loja. Não recomendo a ninguém. Péssimo! A dona precisa urgente de uma reciclagem para atendimento a seus clientes
Bad customer service. Delivery out of time and without prior notice. I missed the trip and was only informed when I arrived that my glasses were not ready. I was unfortunate enough to go back to do two more degrees with my parents and I almost got out of the optics because I received a better proposal and thought about completing the consultation fee and closing with another store. I don't recommend it to anyone. Terrible! The owner urgently needs recycling to serve her customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse dar uma nota zero eu daria, nota 1 ainda é muito pra essa ótica. Comprei um óculos pra minha filha hoje faz exatamente um mês, com menos de 20 dias de uso o óculos que por sinal na hora da compra foi informado que era de qualidade trincou pelo simples fato da lente ser maior que a armação. Voltei na ótica e me deram o prazo de menos de uma semana para poder fazer a substituição da peça, ficaram de entrar em contato e me manter informada sobre o processo, simplesmente são intratantes, não entram em contato com o cliente, o cliente que tem que estar ligando ou mandando mensagem e eles atendem ou respondem quando querem. Fui informada por meio de ligação que vale ressaltar que foi eu que liguei que o óculos estaria pronto ontem dia 14/07, até o momento o óculos da minha filha não foi devolvido e eu não obtive nenhuma resposta sobre tal situação. Primeira e última vez que compro nesse estabelecimento e não indico ninguém a comprar. Será só estresse!

I went back to the optics and I was given less than a week to replace the part, they were able to contact me and keep me informed about the process, they are simply intractable, they do not contact the customer, the customer who has you want to be calling or texting and they answer or reply when they want. I was informed through a call that it is noteworthy that I was the one who called that the glasses would be ready yesterday, 07/14, so far my daughter's glasses have not been returned and I have not received any response about this situation. First and last time I shop at this establishment and do not recommend anyone to buy. It will only be stress!

Total desrespeito com o cliente, não cumprem o que prometem, sobretudo prazo de entrega e feedback, telefones não funcionam. Péssima experiência!!!
