★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz Um pedido dia 10/04 e a pizza simplesmente chegou toda bagunça, o queijo para um lado só da pizza, enfim....no dia não quis trocar pois já era tarde e meu filho tava com fome e assim, não deram nenhum respaldo, ou um possível desconto em um próximo pedido, sempre compro nessa pizzaria por confiar na qualidade e sabor da pizza. Semana passada pedi novamente e perguntei se eu teria algum desconto ou sei lá referente ao meu caso, a moça que me atendeu foi arrogante e ainda perguntou se eu tinha enviado a reclamação no dia, sendo que até foto da pizza enviei. Ela disse que não poderia fazer nada pois não tinha nenhum responsável no local, e sabe quando a pessoa quer se livrar do atendimento? Tipo isso. Fiquei chateada, vc paga 50,00, o que não é barato, numa coisa que o mínimo era chegar perfeito e tratam o cliente como se fosse nada, não fizeram a questão de fidelizar o cliente. Essa foi a minha única chateação. A pizza é ótima, qualidade excelente, mas até o momento que acontece algum problema aí eles se abstém.
I made an order on 10/04 and the pizza just arrived all the mess, the cheese on one side of the pizza, anyway .... on the day I didn't want to change it because it was too late and my son was hungry and so, they didn't give any support, or a possible discount on an upcoming order, I always buy at this pizzeria because I trust the quality and flavor of the pizza. Last week I asked again and asked if I would have any discount or whatever for my case, the girl who answered me was arrogant and even asked if I had sent the complaint that day, and I even sent a picture of the pizza. She said that she couldn't do anything because she had no responsible person at the scene, and do you know when the person wants to get rid of the service? Like that. I was upset, you pay 50.00, which is not cheap, in a thing that the minimum was to arrive perfect and they treat the customer as if it were nothing, they did not make the issue of customer loyalty. That was my only annoyance. The pizza is great, excellent quality, but until the moment there is a problem there they abstain.
