★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, nem consegui nem experimentar pois o motoboy da loja não entregou meu pedido pelo motivo de não achar meu endereço sendo que eu moro á 10 minutos do local, eu esperei meia hora pra no fim eles cancelarem além de falar que tentaram me ligar mas não tinha nenhuma lição perdida.
Terrible, I couldn’t even try it because the store’s courier didn’t deliver my order because I couldn’t find my address since I live 10 minutes away, I waited half an hour for them to cancel in addition to saying they tried to call me but didn’t had no missed lessons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consegui visualizar se essa bela pizza é a da rua vitaceas 512 se não for me desculpe pq a reclamação é pro endereço que coloquei.......Fiz um pedido era as 20:30 de esfinha disseram que tinha acabado a massa e iriam fazer que daqui uma hora e meia estaria entregues....fiquei até agora 00:30 esperando pra quando eu ligar disserem que o motoqueiro não achou a rua e voltou com as esfinhas....trabalho na área de alimentação há 16 anos nunca vi uma conduta dessa,ainda mentiram falando q tinha me ligado sendo que estava a todo tempo com o meu celular é no portão esperando as tais esfinhas que nunca existiram.....super falta de profissionalismo,tenho mãe,tia,irmão e vó que compram e que pode ter certeza que nunca mais compara o com eles.....oque adianta fazer coisas gostosas e não saber tratar um cliente....Tô extremamente horrorizada com a atitude deles.....nota 0

I made a request was 20:30 of esfinha said they had finished the mass and would do it in an hour and a half would be delivered .... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi a pizza e depois de muito tempo de espera, liguei para saber do pedido e Ainda estava lá! Alegaram que a moto do entregador quebrou; tudo bem, isso acontece! Mas nem para avisar que a pizza não chegaria???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre ocorrido em 10/12 23:24 hs quando entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp fazendo pedido foi falado o tempo estimado 50 a 60 minutos tudo bem foi dado a satisfação.Agora quando liga cobrando pedido pediu pra esperar 10 minutos e depois mais 5 que ultrapassou do tempo informado ai não dá quase duas horas de espera,falei que podia cancelar deixo de fazer pedido neste local.
About what happened on 12/10 23:24 hs when I got in touch with WhatsApp, placing an order, the estimated time was 50 to 60 minutes, everything was ok, satisfaction was given. of the time informed there is not nearly two hours of waiting, I said that I could cancel I stop ordering at this location.
