Realizamos uma compra com a empresa Império Port, na hora da Venda o Sr. Alexandre deu atenção para poder fechar a venda, após o pagamento antecipado e o restante parcelado, ficamos cobrando a entrega do Portão, tive que ficar cobrando o Alexandre até que meu pai foi ao galpão para ter uma posição da entrega, isso por que ficamos ligando por varias vezes sem retorno da empresa. Quando meu pai conseguiu ser recebido por pelo Alexandre para saber como estava o Portão e a entrega a abordagem do Alexandre não foi a mesma do momento da venda, pelo contrario disse ao meu pai que se não gostasse do portão poderia buscar seus interesses no Procon, veja como esta empresa trata seus clientes. Bom, foi marcada a entrega e a entrega foi realizada ate o momento parcial, a empresa entregou o Portão e ficou de entregar o motor já que o portão é automático, estamos a duas semanas ligando e esperando uma posição do mesmo, que ficou de entregar o motor no final de semana do dia 28 de setembro de 2019. Marcamos novamente com ele que ficou de realizar a entrega do motor esta semana dia 10/10/2019 e ate agora o mesmo não compareceu e nem sei quer entrou em contato, estamos entrando em contato com o banco para fazer o estorno das compra. Uma dica para todos os interessados, não indico esta empresa, pagamos por algo que não recebemos e não fiquem atentos.

O serviço não foi realizado na data prevista, sendo PARCIALMENTE realizado no final de fevereiro. Os serviços que não foram realizados nesta data ainda estão em aberto. Tentamos entrar em contato diversas vezes com a empresa, mas o responsável (ALEXANDRE), não atende nem retorna as ligações. Só dor de cabeça!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao Recomento!!!!Contratei portao com motor com o Sr. Alexandre Mendes Pedrini, (imperio Port) o mesmo recebeu todo o dinheiro combinado, mas nao entregou todo o material combinado. Faltou motor, batente e trilho. E depois de receber todo o dinheiro, me bloqueou no telefone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei com motor de meio cavalo no contrato e me enganaram colocando um motor de 1/4, além de deixar desbalanceado, caindo parafusos e batendo na estrutura quando abre, não me respondem e sumiu, Alexandre malandro demais, não indico NÃO FAÇAM NEGÓCIO, além de ser caro o serviço é péssimo, já vi que não foi só eu quem caiu no golpe, inclusive agora o negócio vai ser o procon. DEI TODO O TEMPO E OPORTUNIDADE DE REVERTEREM A SITUAÇÃO E NADA... não foi por falta de tolerância, PÉSSIMO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente agradecer a atenção e honestidade da Império Port. Meu portão teve um problema no motor e orcei em alguns lugares e todos condenaram o motor dizendo que precisaria trocá-lo, o valor me assustou então falei com o Alexandre que disse que era apenas um simples capacitor (peça do motor), o valor saiu tão mais barato que realizei a compra do portão social automático que estava faltando para minha casa.

First, thank the attention and honesty of the Port Empire. My gate had a motor problem and I set it in some places and everyone condemned the engine saying that I would need to change it, the value scared me so I talked to Alexandre who said it was just a simple capacitor (part of the motor), the value went out so cheaper that I realized the purchase of the automatic social gate that was missing for my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei contrato dia 08/04/19- portão foi entregue parcialmente no dia 29/05/19, porem falta finalizar a instalação das cremalheiras e o motor e os acabamentos finais do portão. O responsável da empresa ( Alexandre) não atende celular, ninguém atende o fixo e muito menos responde minhas mensagens no whatsapp. Estou muito insatisfeita com a empresa, não tem nenhum comprometimento com os clientes.
Não façam nenhum tipo de serviço com essa empresa, pois não adianta acionar o Procon que não resolve nada e fora que já tem vários ocorrências aberta no Procon que não foram resolvidas. Entrem no reclame aqui e vejam a reputação, sem contar que não há nenhum tipo de resposta da empresa.
Contract closed 08/04 / 19- gate was partially delivered on 29/5/19, however lack complete the installation of racks and the engine and the final finishing of the gate. The head of the company (Alexandre) does not answer mobile, nobody answers the landline and much less answers my messages on whatsapp. I am very dissatisfied with the company, has no commitment to customers.
Do not do any kind of service with this company, because there is no point in triggering Procon that does not solve anything and outside that has several occurrences open in Procon that have not been resolved. Enter the complaint here and see the reputation, not to mention that there is no response from the company.
