★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, liguei pra perguntar se faziam um tipo de impressão e antes mesmo de eu terminar de falar o atendente já me interrompeu dizendo pra entrar no site que lá está descrito o que a empresa faz.
Poor service, I called to ask if they were making a type of impression and even before I finished speaking the attendant already interrupted me saying to enter the website that describes what the company does there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com os franqueados do Rio. A loja de Copacabana não imprime nada a cores. Na da Tijuca, a atendente não sabe nada, tem que perguntar tudo e não garantiu o modelo pré encomenda, como diz o site.
Nenhum senso de profissionalismo, tudo fachada. Péssimo controle de qualidade do atendimento por parte do franqueador.
Desisti procurei outra empresa.
Bad experience with Rio's franchisees. The Copacabana store does not print anything in color. At Tijuca, the attendant does not know anything, has to ask everything and did not guarantee the pre-order model, as the website says.
No sense of professionalism, all facade. Bad control of quality of service by the franchisor.
I gave up and looked for another company.
