★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelos comentários achava que era uma ótima gráfica, fui a primeira vez e encontraram alguns problemas que precisou ser corrigido, e eles foram resolvidas, na segunda vez que fui com problemas resolvidos fui muito mal atendido a atendente não consegui abrir um arquivo PDF e encontrou várias falhas, ou seja não queria resolver. Optei por outra gráfica e fui muito bem atendido nela.
 From the comments I thought it was a great graphic, I went the first time and found some problems that needed to be fixed, and they were solved, the second time I went with problems I was very poorly attended to attendant I could not open a PDF file and found several glitches, ie did not want to solve. I opted for another print shop and was very well attended to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, atendimento displicente , não cumpre prazos , e não executam a arte que foi aprovada. Impressão grosseria e mal cuidada .Muito insatisfeita. Não recomendo principalmente para quem trabalha com eventos, e precisa de qualidade e tem prazos .
Poor service, casual service, no deadlines, and no performing art that has been approved. Rude and poorly cared for printing. Very dissatisfied. I don't recommend it especially to those who work with events, and needs quality and has deadlines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico. Preço bom, já a qualidade. Me entregaram o material com a ponta parecia que havia molhado todo colado e manchado. Conferi na hora, e ficou faltando uma folha com a impressão.
I do not indicate. Good price, already the quality. They handed me the material with the tip, it looked like it had gotten all glued and stained. I checked it right away, and a sheet of print was missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico a ninguém, fiz uma encomenda no dia 12/03/20 com a promessa que ser entregue no dia 13/03/20, porem não ficou pronto, ligo para a empresa, mando mensagem e não tenho nenhum retorno. Quero meu dinheiro de volta. caso não aconteça entrarei na justiça. E olha que meu pedido é um simples adesivo branco cortado no tamanho que pedi.
I don't recommend it to anyone, I placed an order on 03/12/20 with the promise that it will be delivered on 03/13/20, but it was not ready, I call the company, send a message and I have no feedback. I want my money back. if it doesn't, I will go to court. And look, my order is a simple white sticker cut to the size I ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não honraram com o orçamento passado por telefone. Confirmei várias vezes o valor e as especificações. Depois de tudo planilhado, mandei e-mail confirmando o pedido. Para minha ingrata surpresa, eles me responderam com outro valores muito mais caros!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao contratem, é um pesadelo! Contratei a empresa para imprimir minha tese de doutorado e há 4 dias da entrega avisaram que nao cumpririam o prazo combinado.
Fiz o pagamento dia 13 de abril e a entrega deveria ser dia 29 de abril. No entanto, o funcionário que fez a arte da capa demorava sempre 24h pra responder! Um absurdo de tao demorado. A cada nova pergunta que eu fazia, ele respondia apenas no final expediente do dia seguinte. Enviei um email falando que estava preocupada com o prazo e o funcionário seguiu respondendo apenas 24h depois. Bem diferente de quando fiz a compra que o funcionário André me respondia sempre com presteza e rapidez todas as minhas dúvidas. Estou vivendo um pesadelo!! Em lugar de me preocupar com o doutorado agora estou desesperada e sem dormir de tanta preocupaçao e rezando pra encontrar uma empresa melhor amanha. NAO CONTRATEM, se vc tem um compromisso importante nao se arrisque!
Don't hire, it's a nightmare! I hired the company to print my doctoral thesis and 4 days after delivery they warned that they would not meet the agreed deadline.
I made the payment on the 13th of April and the delivery was supposed to be on the 29th of April. However, the employee who did the cover art always took 24 hours to respond! Such a lengthy absurdity. To each new question I asked, he only answered at the end of the next day's workday. I sent an email saying I was worried about the deadline and the employee continued to respond just 24 hours later. Very different from when I made the purchase that the employee André always answered me promptly and quickly all my doubts. I'm living a nightmare!! Instead of worrying about my PhD now I'm desperate and sleepless from worrying and praying to find a better company tomorrow. DO NOT HIRE, if you have an important commitment, don't risk it!
