Marquei o horĂĄrio com a profissional Lidiane, cuja assistente se chama Isa, e a recepcionista de cara esqueceu de avisar que eu tinha chegado. Passados 40 minutos resolvi perguntar se jĂĄ ia ser atendida, e a recepcionista simplesmente disse que tinha esquecido. Ela me atendeu, mas quem fez as mechas foi a assistente Isa. Fiz numa terça feira e sai de lĂĄ satisfeita, pois meu cabelo estava escovado e ela passou um produto para hidratar. Lavei o cabelo na quinta feira, e percebi que ele ficou quebradiço e elĂĄstico demais. Me desesperei e avisei a ela, que prontamente se dispĂŽs a me ressarcir, uma vez que paguei 1.520,00 reais. Isso nunca aconteceu comigo. Achei estranho o modo que a assistente Isa aplicava o produto, pois toda hora ela repassava o produto e esfregava as mechas. Lidiane observava de longe enquanto fazia mega hair em outra cliente. Na sexta feira procurei outra profissional que me deu a Ășnica opção de cortar e fazer uma reconstrução, alĂ©m de me indicar uma sĂ©rie de produtos de manutenção. Lidiane Se ofereceu a consertar, mas eu nĂŁo posso confiar numa profissional assim. NĂŁo quis me ressarcir e ficou dando desculpas, dizendo que meu cabelo que era ruim. Sendo assim, sugiro que ela e a assistente façam bom uso do valor que eu paguei para fazer um curso profissionalizante. Infelizmente somente agora vi no site que possuem vĂĄrias crĂticas a respeito de falta de pontualidade e tambĂ©m de danos causados nos cabelos de outras clientes, assim como nos meus. NĂŁo recomendo a ninguĂ©m. Estou muito decepcionada.
I really expected more professionalism from a salon that is said to be so good. I made an appointment with the professional Lidiane, whose assistant is called Isa, and the receptionist right away forgot to let me know that I had arrived. After 40 minutes I decided to ask if I was going to be attended to, and the receptionist simply said that I had forgotten. She attended to me, but it was assistant Isa who did the locks. I despaired and I told her, who promptly offered to reimburse me, since I paid 1,520.00 reais. This never happened to me. I found it strange the way the assistant Isa applied the product, as she would always go over the product and rub the locks. Lidiane watched from a distance while doing mega hair on another client. On Friday I looked for another professional who gave me the only option to cut and rebuild, as well as recommending a series of maintenance products. Lidiane offered to fix it, but I can't trust a professional like that. He didn't want to pay me back and kept making excuses, saying that my hair was bad. Therefore, I suggest that she and the assistant make good use of the amount I paid to take a vocational course. Unfortunately, I've only now seen on the site that they have several criticisms regarding the lack of punctuality and also the damage caused to the hair of other clients, as well as mine. I don't recommend it to anyone. I'm very disappointed.
