Estive lá algumas vezes e estava satisfeita porém no último atendimento em que fui atendida por outro profissional, pois o que me atendeu das outras vezes estava com agenda cheia, fiz o mesmo serviço de um mês atrás ( escova e hidratação L'Oréal) e me cobraram valor acima do dobro!!! Perguntei para a responsável pela cobrança e me disse que era isso mesmo. Um absurdo!
Depois desse episódio com certeza não retornarei mais.
Além do valor alto demais pelo mesmo serviço prestado há um mês atrás foi um serviço de péssima qualidade.
Cheguei em casa e parecia que nada havia sido feito.
Não compensa o custo benefício.
The place is beautiful, clean, airy and very well decorated, they serve a very good coffee, but as for the services provided, I had problems.
I was there a few times and I was satisfied, however, at the last appointment when I was attended by another professional, because the one who attended me the other times had a full schedule, I did the same service a month ago (L'Oréal brush and hydration) and charged more than double value !!! I asked the person in charge of the collection and told me that was it. Absurd!
After that episode I will definitely not return.
In addition to the too high price for the same service provided a month ago, it was a very poor service.
I got home and it looked like nothing had been done.
It does not outweigh the cost benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcam mais clientes do que a cabeleireira consegue atender. Fiquei no salão por mais de 7 horas só pra fazer mechas (nunca, em nenhum outro salão, demorou mais que 4 horas pra fazer no meu cabelo que é fino e abre super rápido).
They mark more clients than the hairdresser can handle. I stayed in the salon for more than 7 hours just to do locks (never, in any other salon, it took me more than 4 hours to do my hair, which is fine and opens super fast).
