Agendamos um passeio com essa empresa, pediram para esperar às 8h da manhã debaixo do prédio, nós esperamos até 9h30min e nada deles chegarem, resolvemos ligar e descobrimos que eles simplesmente não vieram nos buscar, deram a desculpa de que não acharam o endereço, procuraram e não acharam, como não acharam ? Só existe 2 prédios na rua.
Resumindo , você que procura uma empresa que irá lhe proporcionar um passeio por São Luís e não vai te trazer nenhuma dor de cabeça, não procure a In Nova Tur.
A company with no regard for the customer, irresponsible, disorganized and not at all professional.
We scheduled a trip with this company, asked to wait at 8 am under the building, we waited until 9:30 and none of them arrive, decided to call and found that they simply did not come to us, gave the excuse that they did not find the address, searched and did not find, how did they not? There are only 2 buildings on the street.
In short, you are looking for a company that will provide you with a tour of São Luís and will not bring you any headache, look for In Nova Tur.

In Novar tourism was wonderful. Good accommodation. Incredible places to be beautiful. The owner is a loving person and super helpful. I went to the same place 3 times, and we already have a next destination with In novar Turismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandamos mensagem para saber valor do transfer de São Luís e Barreirinhas e informaram que seria R$100,00! Após ter feito o Pix, recebi a mensagem informando que ao invés de R$100,00 custaria R$200,00!
Resolvi então fechar com outra empresa, já que o valor tinha sido muito mais alto que a outra. Solicitei então o pix de volta para que eu pudesse pagar a outra empresa e informaram que se tivessem de fazer o Pix, teriam de descontar R$10,00 porque são PJ ! Me senti lesada. Porque contei com esse dinheiro para pagar a outra empresa! E por um descuido/ má informação da In Novar.
Falaram que só iriam transferir R$100,00 se houvesse BB!
Informem aos funcionários que devem passar o valor completo (IDA E VOLTA) já que o solicitado foi esse!
Fui totalmente lesada!

We sent a message to find out the value of the transfer from São Luís and Barreirinhas and informed that it would be R$100.00! After having made the Pix, I received the message saying that instead of R$100.00 it would cost R$200.00!
So I decided to close with another company, as the value had been much higher than the other. I then asked for the pix back so that I could pay the other company and they informed that if they had to do the Pix, they would have to discount R$10.00 because they are PJ! I felt cheated. Because I counted on this money to pay the other company! And for an oversight/bad information from In Novar.
They said they would only transfer R$100.00 if there was BB!
Inform employees that they must pass the full amount (round trip) as this was the request!
I was totally wronged!
I do not recommend!
