Fui atendido umas 08:30 por um serventuário que disse só poderia resolver minha pendência com um funcionário chamado ***** que deveria estar em horário de trabalho pois não estava de férias e nem avisou que iria faltar. Das 09:00 até as 14:30 nenhum sinal desse serventuários público que deveria estar na repartição. Instituição pública brasileira que sofre do mal da estabilidade no emprego.
Friday, I leave Campina Grande to solve problems at INCRA. I was served at 08:30 by a servant who said I could only resolve my pending with an official named ***** who should be on work schedule because he was not on vacation and did not warn that he would be missing. From 9:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., no sign of such public servants who should be in the office. Brazilian public institution suffering from the evil of stability in employment.
