★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrante solicitar um orçamento “minúsculo” e ouvir da atendente que os mesmo lidam com arquitetos e engenheiros (ou seja meu serviço não é interessante para eles) e a mesma pedir que eu aguarde dias para receber meu orçamento.
Vemos o que a lei do quem muito tem merece previlégio reina na empresa…
It is frustrating to ask for a “tiny” quote and hear from the attendant that they deal with architects and engineers (that is, my service is not interesting for them) and she asks me to wait days to receive my quote.
We see that the law of those who have a lot deserves privilege reigns in the company...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma porta com o sistema Roll Door na Infinito. O prazo de entrega foi respeitado e os funcionários que estiveram em meu apartamento na instalação fizeram um excelente trabalho. Porém, no momento da venda, a vendedora não mostrou fotos do acabamento que ficaria no piso. Eu simplicidade, ODIEI, achei horrível. Paguei caríssimo na porta e fiquei extremamente insatisfeita. Eles não resolveram a situação. Queriam apenas vender e não se importam com a satisfação do cliente.
I bought a door with the Roll Door system at Infinito. The delivery time was respected and the employees who were in my apartment at the facility did an excellent job. However, at the time of sale, the seller did not show photos of the finish that would be on the floor. I simplicity, I HATED it, I thought it was horrible. I paid dearly at the door and was extremely dissatisfied. They didn't resolve the situation. They just want to sell and don't care about customer satisfaction.
