★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam padronizar o atendimento, alguns atendentes me deixaram expôr o problema qdo os procurei da 1a vez e outros nem me deixaram falar qdo da 2a vez, sendo grosseiro, o que me fez procurar outro estabelecimento. Sem contar que mesmo falando que precisava do meu aparelho com urgência me entregaram 3 dias depois. Não recomendo.
They should standardize the service, some attendants let me expose the problem when I looked for them the first time and others did not even let me speak when the second time, being rude, which made me look for another establishment. Not to mention that even though I urgently needed my device, they delivered it to me 3 days later. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a troca de um conector de eletricidade do G3 (paguei uma nova R$70), e para a minha surpresa, 40 dias depois, deu o mesmo defeito! Indignado com a não solução, procurei outra assistência para manutenção.
Para minha surpresa, ao abrir o aparelho o técnico perguntou se eu havia pago por uma placa nova, eu disse que sim! Ele abriu o aparelho na minha frente e me mostrou o que tinham feito... colocaram uma peça velha/usada, inclusive com adesivo antigo de um outro celular (aqueles adesivos que outras assistências colocam para garantia). Enfim, são coisas como essa que me fazem perder confiança em qualquer empresa. Não indico!
I changed a G3 electrical connector (I paid R$70 for a new one), and to my surprise, 40 days later, the same defect came back! Indignant with the non-solution, I sought other maintenance assistance.
To my surprise, when I opened the device the technician asked if I had paid for a new board, I said yes! He opened the device in front of me and showed me what they had done... they put an old/used part, including an old sticker from another cell phone (those stickers that other assistance places for warranty). Anyway, it's things like this that make me lose confidence in any company. I do not recommend!
