Proporcionam uma experiência otima para seus clientes.

Company with great location and excellent support, my JBL phone was defective, purchase was made in another store, but Smart Mix is the authorized one of JBL in João Pessoa, the service was great, I recommend buying a headset and speaker and other products with them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que eu não encontrei na empresa foi profissionais HONESTOS e QUALIFICADOS para a execução da função, uma vez que meu esposo esteve na empresa em busca de uma manutenção simples e eles causaram um dano na tela do aparelho que era ORIGINAL sem defeito e ainda quando fomos buscar eles tinham substituído a tela (repito) ORIGINAL por uma outra danificada. Até faltando parafusos o telefone veio. Resumindo: "extraviaram" uma tela de um iPhone e depois ainda queriam cobrar...
What I didn't find at the company was HONEST and QUALIFIED professionals to perform the function, since my husband was at the company looking for simple maintenance and they caused damage to the device's screen that was ORIGINAL without defects and even when we went search they had replaced the (I repeat) ORIGINAL screen with a damaged one. Even missing screws the phone came. In short: they "lost" an iPhone screen and then still wanted to charge...

Foi realizada a avaliação que surpreendentemente informou que a tela do iPhone havia queimado durante os testes e passaram a me cobrar R$ 1.000,00 pelo conserto dela. Desconfiei do problema e pedi o aparelho para realizar o reparo em outro lugar no qual foi constatado que a tela do celular, que comprei novo e nunca tinha sido aberto, havia sido trocada. Resultado: tive de pagar por uma tela nova porque a minha original foi extraviada quando foi aberto a nessa assistência. Pensem bem antes de realizar algum serviço nesta loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive atendimento muito sem qualidade pelos técnicos deste lugar,pois levei meu celular da Motorola com a tela trincada por conta de uma queda.porém estava funcionando perfeitamente bem todas as funções e depois que levei a essa suposta autorizada danificaram ainda mais meu aparelho . Colocaram uma tela que não era compatível com meu aparelho fazendo com que meu aparelho perdesse algumas funções . E essa tela descolou umas 4 vezes e eles se chateavam ao receber meu aparelho, dizendo que era culpa da minha bateria . Porém pelo fato de não terem consertado e de terem cobrado um valor absurdo resolvi ir em outro lugar onde o técnico consertou na minha frente e dentro de uma hora , mostrando que não tinha nada de errado com minha bateria e sim com o material que eles estavam usando de má qualidade . Então realizei o conserto com outro rapaz e ficou perfeito. E voltei a loja para estornar meu dinheiro e disseram que não poderiam fazer isso então por conta de um mal atendimento e uso de má fé deixo meu repúdio a essa autorizada smart mix de manaira.pessimo atendimento .
I had very poor service from the technicians at this place, because I took my Motorola cell phone with the screen cracked due to a fall. However, all functions were working perfectly well and after I took it to this supposed authorized service they damaged my device even more. They put a screen that was not compatible with my device causing my device to lose some functions. And this screen took off about 4 times and they were upset when they received my device, saying it was my battery's fault. But because they didn't fix it and they charged an absurd amount, I decided to go to another place where the technician fixed it in front of me and within an hour, showing that there was nothing wrong with my battery, but with the material they were using poor quality . So I did the repair with another guy and it was perfect. And I went back to the store to refund my money and they said they couldn't do that so because of bad service and bad faith I leave my repudiation of this authorized smart mix from manaira.pessimo service.
