★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na inforfiche comprar um mouse, o dono fez a minha cabeça para levar o headset, eu precisava mas não podia gastar, mas ele fez a minha cabeça dizendo ser o melhor preço, acabei comprando tudo pro aproximadamente R$200,00. Ambos os produtos da marca EVOLUT.
O microfone do headset apresenta microfonia em vários aplicativos de call, então nem posso usar para trabalho.
O mouse quando uso muito tempo, apresenta um defeito no meu computador de não responder aos cliques corretamente, mesmo ouvindo o barulho do clique, outro problema que apresentava era que só de passar o mouse por cima do ícone do programa na barra de tarefas ele mesmo clicava sozinho e abria mais janela ou arrastava esse ícone. Fiquei mais dias com ele, testei, coloquei em outras portas usb, rodei anti-virus, ccleaner, windows update, tudo e continuava com o problema.
Gravei um vídeo, levei na loja e mostrei ao dono, ele testou rapidamente e disse que não tinha nada, informei que eu tenho um mouse antigo e isso não acontecia, ele trocou o mouse então voltei para casa esperançoso de que isso não aconteceria novamente, mas para meu desgosto voltou a dar o mesmo problema depois de um certo tempo de uso. Gravei novamente e levei lá, ele testou rapidamente disse que não tinha nada e não podia fazer nada "O problema deve estar no seu computador" (Meu pc é novo).
Ou seja, dinheiro jogado fora, para quem não estava nem podendo gastar. Falei com ele por whatsapp, que ele deveria ficar testando o mouse durante alguns dias, pois no meu computador o problema aparecia depois de um tempo de uso considerável, que ele deveria prezar pela satisfação do cliente, etc....Resultado: Fiquei no vácuo total, não tive nem uma resposta quanto a esse argumento que apresentei.
Hoje depois de alguns dias conseguindo usar o mouse, pensei comigo, acho que não vou ter mais problemas afinal tem 4 dias que estou usando, ele voltou a apresentar esse problema. Problema este que não acontece com o meu mouse antigo (que fui forçado a aprender a concertar) nem com um mouse wi-fi chinês que comprei em outro lugar.
Minha recomendação é, não compre nada desta loja, pois se der problema, não terá a solução!!!!!!

I spent more days with it, tested it, put it on other usb ports, ran anti-virus, cleaner, windows update, everything and continued with the problem.
I recorded a video, took it to the store and showed it to the owner, he tested it quickly and said there was nothing, I informed him that I have an old mouse and it didn't happen, he changed the mouse so I went back home hoping it wouldn't happen again, but to my chagrin it returned the same problem after a certain time of use. I recorded it again and took it there, it quickly tested it said it had nothing and could not do anything "The problem must be with your computer" (My pc is new).
That is, money thrown away, for those who were not even able to spend it. I spoke to him via whatsapp, that he should be testing the mouse for a few days, because on my computer the problem appeared after a considerable time of use, that he should care for customer satisfaction, etc... Result: I stayed on total vacuum, I didn't even have an answer to this argument I made.
Today, after a few days of being able to use the mouse, I thought to myself, I don't think I'll have any more problems after all I've been using it for 4 days, it started to show this problem again. This problem doesn't happen with my old mouse (which I was forced to learn to fix) or with a Chinese wi-fi mouse I bought elsewhere.
My recommendation is, don't buy anything from this store, because if you have a problem, you won't have the solution!!!!!!

Me garantiu que resolveria, mas não foi o que de fato ocorreu, pois o mesmo quis me cobrar novamente pra resolver o mesmo problema, querendo apresentar um “novo orçamento”, sendo que sequer descobriu qual era o defeito. Repaginei o computador por recomendação do mesmo e mal consegui usar.
Reclamou que eu não paguei mais nada nesses meses... eu paguei para resolver esse problema, o que não foi feito!
Conversou comigo como se eu fosse uma cliente cliente nova, desentendido, como se não soubesse do problema, não gostei nada disso
Entre outros problemas...Procurei outro técnico.
