Perdi uma videoconferência por causa disso deviam descontar na fatura pela falta de prestação no período....
 They promise to send a technician one day to look and only send them the next day
I lost a videoconference because of that they had to be deducted from the bill for the lack of provision in the period....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente de uma semana pra cá a Internet está horrível. Desde a semana passada tenho entrado em contato, explico que nada abre e eles mexem em alguma coisa e na hora resolve. Mas só na hora... depois de uns 40 minutos tudo para novamente... loop infinito... só esperando a giganet chegar no meu bairro... super insatisfeita com a prestação de serviço da infornet.
Unfortunately for a week now the Internet is horrible. Since last week I've been in contact, I explain that nothing opens and they mess with something and then solve it. But just in time... after about 40 minutes everything stops again... infinite loop... just waiting for the giganet to arrive in my neighborhood... super dissatisfied with the infornet's service provision.

Very well scored. Everyone I had contact with and who are customers only praised them then I went to be a customer too. I'm a neophyte customer at this company, but in a few months I'll be able to tell you if it lives up to my first impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço porco! Foram instalar fibra na rua da minha sogra e deixaram fios pendurados na altura do portão da garagem. Na frente tem uma escola infantil onde crianças podem se acidentar se puxar o fio. Liguei pedindo pra retirar/reparar o fio e disseram que pode fazer nada, pois o fio é de outra empresa. Mas foram os funcionários da INFORNET quem mexeu e deixou o fio caído.
