★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O orçamento passado para trocar uma lâmpada do farol do meu carro foi um verdadeiro acinte a minha inteligência e a integridade nos negócios: R$ 70,00 por uma simples Lâmpada e R$ 170,00 para trocá-la (30 minutos de serviço estimados pelo proprietário) = R$ 240,00. O mesmo serviço foi feito por R$ 20,00 pelo concorrente. Ficou claro que estão focados na oportunidade e não no cliente. Lastimavelmente.
The budget spent to change a headlight bulb in my car was a real insult to my intelligence and business integrity: R$70.00 for a simple bulb and R$170.00 to change it (30 minutes of service estimated by the owner) = R$ 240.00. The same service was provided for R$ 20.00 by the competitor. It was clear that they are focused on the opportunity and not the customer. Regrettably.

Meu carro não pegava. liguei para o Sr Ingo e ele me orientou a levar o carro de guincho em sua oficina .Chegando lá, fizeram todos os testes e o problema era na bomba elétrica de combustível. Enfim , problema resolvido. O carro saiu no mesmo dia .

Excellent and reliable service.
My car wouldn't start. I called Mr Ingo and he instructed me to take the winch car to his workshop. Arriving there, they did all the tests and the problem was with the electric fuel pump. Anyway, problem solved. The car left the same day.
I recommend!!!

Única recomendação é melhorar comunicação de problemas x solução q no meu caso criou interpretação errada. Nada q mude imagem positiva da oficina e do Info.
Workshop was very professional. Ingo clearly knows a lot about cars and was a great partner in the problems that came up. I recommend the workshop for its honesty and professionalism. Only recommendation is to improve communication of problems x solution that in my case created a wrong interpretation. Nothing that changes the positive image of the workshop and Info.
