★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Fui mal atendido pelo funcionários que carrega o material e pelo senhor que parecia ser o dono ou gerente! Nada a reclamar do vendedor do balcão ! Fiquei na chuva esperando meu material e fui obrigado a carregar o meu carro sozinho embaixo de chuva ! Não contente com o acontecido e tendo em vista que estava pago o meu material fui pedir pra fazer o estorno do cartão ao senhor que acho que era o dono ou gerente, ele disse que não podia fazer o estorno , tendo em vista que a situação Estava errada exigi meu direito em ter meu dinheiro de volta ! Fui muito mal atendido achei uma falta de respeito e consideração ao cliente !
Terrible! I was poorly attended by the employees who carry the material and by the gentleman who seemed to be the owner or manager! Nothing to complain about the counter salesman! I was in the rain waiting for my material and I was forced to load my car alone in the rain! Not happy with what happened and considering that my material was paid, I asked the gentleman who I think was the owner or manager, to refund the card, he said he couldn't make the refund, considering that the situation was wrong I demanded my right to get my money back! I was very poorly attended to, I found a lack of respect and consideration for the customer!
