A troca foi feita porém foi cobrado o valor maior do produto errado, que não foi compensado no produto correto. Desisti de retornar a reclamação e não compro lá nunca mais. Não recomendo.
I placed a small order over the phone, the attendant was impatient, didn't communicate well and sent the wrong product. The exchange was made but the higher value of the wrong product was charged, which was not compensated for in the correct product. I gave up returning the complaint and never buy there again. I do not recommend.
