★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La PEOR experiencia de todo Brasil. Había cucarachas en l habitación, el wifi no funciona y las sabanas estaban sucias. Encima el personal súper desagradable, era nuestro último día en Rio y queríamos ir a la playa por la mañana antes de ir al aeropuerto asi que les preguntamos que si podíamos hacer el check out 1 hora después y nos dijeron que NO así que preguntamos que si había un sitio para ducharnos después de la playa y dijeron que NO, la sorpresa fue que cuando volvimos habían personas que estaban saliendo a las 12:00 y encima había un baño con ducha en la segunda planta!!!! Incompresible!!! Una vergüenza de sitio. No lo recomendaría nunca.
The WORST experience in all of Brazil. There were cockroaches in the room, the wifi does not work and the sheets were dirty. On top of the super nasty staff, it was our last day in Rio and we wanted to go to the beach in the morning before going to the airport so we asked them if we could check out 1 hour later and they said NO so we asked if There was a place to shower after the beach and they said NO, the surprise was that when we returned there were people who were leaving at 12:00 and above there was a bathroom with shower on the second floor !!!! Incompressible!!! A shame of place. I would never recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço justo, boa localização e o atendimento pelo WhatsApp foi sensacional. Eu recomendo especialmente pela forma como lidam com os clientes, pois mesmo sem uma recepção física, eles fazem o que podem para solucionar seus problemas. Obs: não tem elevador, único problema a meu ver. Mini cozinha completa e super funcional. Apto estava super limpo.
Fair price, good location and WhatsApp service was sensational. I especially recommend it for the way they deal with customers, because even without physical reception, they do what they can to solve their problems. Note: there is no elevator, the only problem in my view. Mini kitchen complete and super functional. Apt was super clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las estrellas que brindo son por la ubicación y el personal de limpieza que fue sumamente amable. Pero NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. El resto deja mucho que desear, comenzando porque si te guias por las fotos, te llevas una decepción impresionante sobretodo en cuanto al tamaño medidas mínimas para todo en especial el baño todo incómodo. No tenía vista a la vereda, sólo una ventana que daba a las escaleras del edificio (no tiene ascensor) con lo cual la ventilación es nula, no se seca la ropa no se secan las toallas que te las cambian después de 3 días con suerte. Está al lado de un jardín de infantes con lo cual desde las 8 am se escuchaban los gritos y no se puede descansar bien.
La escalera que da al sobrepiso es empinadisima sólo para jóvenes y pequeños de contextura porque en la espalda tenes pegada la tele. El cuarto era para 3 personas supuestamente pero había sólo una silla para comer.
El baño es de lo más incómodo que se puedan imaginar y para completarla se inundaba porque desde la ducha salía agua.
Lo del wifi se ve que lo mejoraron porque sí había buena señal en todo momento.
Calculo que a los que les gustó es porque les habrá tocado los que dan a la calle.
En fin, no volvería ni recomendaría.

The rest leaves a lot to be desired, starting because if you go by the photos, you get an impressive disappointment, especially in terms of size, minimum measurements for everything, especially the bathroom, all uncomfortable. It did not have a view of the sidewalk, only a window that faced the stairs of the building (it does not have an elevator) with which the ventilation is null, the clothes do not dry, the towels do not dry, they change them after 3 days with luck . It is next to a kindergarten, so from 8 am you could hear the screams and you can't rest well.
The staircase that leads to the upper floor is very steep, only for young people and small in build because you have the TV glued to your back. The room was supposedly for 3 people but there was only one chair to eat.
The bathroom is the most uncomfortable you can imagine and to complete it, it was flooded because water came out of the shower.
The wifi thing is that they improved it because there was a good signal at all times.
I calculate that those who liked it is because they will have touched the ones that face the street.
In short, I would not return or recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a room only for 2 nights, it was super small and the stairs were tight and spiral so not recommended if you can't climb stairs or have huge luggage. The building was secured with 2 codes in a very nice area.
