★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me decepcionei tanto com uma empresa como essa, material ruim, tamanho do produto errado, instalação péssima, vendedor horrível, deve ser Jackson nome do indivíduo, atendente quando falta, a empresa para porque ninguém faz a mesma coisa que ela, ninguém sabe responder por B.O. só se preocupam com dinheiro, e não com a satisfação do cliente, lamento por vocês não seres e quererem ser pessoas melhores, ficam loucos por dinheiro, quando acordarem vai ser tarde demais!
I have never been so disappointed with a company like this, bad material, wrong product size, terrible installation, horrible seller, it must be Jackson name of the individual, attendant when missing, the company stops because nobody does the same thing as her, nobody knows how to answer by BO they only care about money, not customer satisfaction, I am sorry that you are not beings and want to be better people, you are crazy about money, when you wake up it will be too late!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a instalação de duas coberturas, sendo uma fixa e outra retrátil. O serviço ficou ruim. As coberturas foram feitas com materiais reaproveitados, tapando furos com massas. A cobertura retratil ficou fora de esquadro, abrindo e fechando com dificuldade. Havia um dente para encaixe na parede, entretanto o dente fecha errado, raspando na parede. Eu reclamei para a inova, da primeira vez não retornaram. Da segunda agendaram assistência para semana passada mas não vieram nem justificaram a ausência. Anexei foto do dente feito no lugar errado, eixo torto da parte movel devido furação errada, parte móvel fora de esquadro. Também anexei uma foto do remendo no furo da cobertura fixa
I hired the installation of two covers, one fixed and the other retractable. The service was bad. The coverings were made with reused materials, covering holes with putty. The retractable cover was out of square, opening and closing with difficulty. There was a tooth to fit the wall, however the tooth closes wrong, scraping the wall. I complained for the innovation, the first time they did not return. From Monday they scheduled assistance for last week but did not come or justify their absence. I attached a photo of the tooth made in the wrong place, the axis of the mobile part is bent due to wrong drilling, the mobile part is out of square. I also attached a photo of the patch in the hole in the fixed cover
