Confesso que fiquei muito preocupada pois o pagamento do frete era através de Pix e já tinha tido problemas com outra empresa pelo mesmo motivo. Toda a tratativa foi feita pelo whatsapp e o Leandro sempre me respondeu rapidamente. Eu fiz a compra de uma das mesas na medida errada, informei a ele pelo whatsapp, paguei a diferença por pix e deu tudo certo. Recebi as duas mesas corretamente, com apenas um dia de atraso, mas nada que desabone. As mesas são bem feitas, com tamanho conforme a descrição e com material muito bom. Eu trabalho com design de interiores e a cliente ficou bastante satisfeita com o produto. Agradeço a Innovar e ao Leandro pela paciência e atenção.
I bought 2 office desks through Mercado Livre. I confess that I was very worried because the freight payment was through Pix and I had already had problems with another company for the same reason. All the dealings were made by whatsapp and Leandro always answered me quickly. I made the purchase of one of the tables in the wrong measure, informed him through whatsapp, paid the difference by pix and everything worked out. I received both tables correctly, with only one day late, but nothing to disappoint. The tables are well made, sized as described and with very good material. I work with interior design and the client was very satisfied with the product. I thank Innovar and Leandro for their patience and attention.
