Bad experience. I paid a bill of 2100 reais and left there with the car out of alignment and vibrating. But when I took the car to a serious company, I understood what they wanted to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho automóvel Corsa Premium (2009). Ou seja, uma carro antigo, velho. Já estava decepcionado com muitas oficinas. Com muita dificuldade estou tentando "arrumar" esse carro. Passei pela oficina Inovação, que é muito ampla, limpa. Haviam alguns "carrões" por lá, o que, a priori, me intimidou. Resolvi entrar. Fui muito bem recebido pelo casal, os donos da oficina. Passei mais de 20 minutos recebendo explicações sobre o carro. Já fiz um primeiro serviço. Um serviço longo!! E ficou excelente!! Sou um trabalhador da educação, ou seja, não sou "um bacana". A oficina é muito honesta, com bons mecânicos e os donos ficam "em cima", querem crescer!!! PODE LEVAR SEU CARRO LÁ!! Tem tudo pra ser uma oficina diferente, top plus, em Fortaleza.

I have a Corsa Premium car (2009). In other words, an old, old car. I was already disappointed with many workshops. With a lot of difficulty I'm trying to "fix" this car. I passed by the Innovation workshop, which is very wide, clean. There were some "cars" there, which, a priori, intimidated me. I decided to enter. I was very well received by the couple, the owners of the workshop. I spent over 20 minutes getting explanations about the car. I've already done a first job. A long service!! And it turned out great!! I am an education worker, that is, I am not "nice". The workshop is very honest, with good mechanics and the owners are "on top", they want to grow!!! YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! It has everything to be a different workshop, top plus, in Fortaleza.

Precisava do diagnóstico em um veículo que estava parado no subsolo do condomínio de uma pessoa da família.
Busquei auxílio em outras oficinas (oito para ser mais preciso).
Dessas oito empresas, a maioria delas não se dispôs a ajudar, já disseram que não trabalhavam com diagnósticos in loco. Outras duas me disseram que para um mecânico sair tinha que ser disponibilizado um valor antecipado para cobrir a saída do funcionário.
Quando liguei para a Inovação, o tratamento já foi diferente ao telefone. Os proprietários já se colocaram a total disposição para a resolução do problema!
Informaram que não tinham como fazer o diagnóstico no local mas que poderiam providenciar de pronto a remoção do veículo!
No dia posterior bem cedo, chegaram, o proprietário e um mecânico, com uma caminhonete 4x4 para retirar o veículo do subsolo do prédio e já providenciaram o reboque do veiculo até a Inovação (oficina).
Agradeço pelo nível de serviço prestado, principalmente por se colocarem no lugar do cliente!
O atendimento na oficina (in loco) é excelente. Explicação dos serviços realizados, desde a retirada do veículo do prédio até a execução dos procedimentos para o início do diagnostico do veículo!

I came to Innovation by chance.
I needed the diagnosis on a vehicle that was parked in the basement of a family member's condominium.
I sought help in other workshops (eight to be precise).
Of these eight companies, most of them were unwilling to help, as they said they did not work with on-site diagnoses. Two others told me that for a mechanic to leave, an advance amount had to be made available to cover the employee's departure.
When I called Innovation, the treatment was already different over the phone. The owners have already made themselves fully available to solve the problem!
They informed that they had no way of diagnosing it on the spot but that they could immediately arrange for the vehicle to be removed!
The next day very early, the owner and a mechanic arrived with a 4x4 truck to remove the vehicle from the basement of the building and have already arranged for the vehicle to be towed to the Inovação (workshop).
Thank you for the level of service provided, especially for putting yourself in the customer's shoes!
