Era apenas para recosturar a alça e, visivelmente por pressa e falta de cuidado, ao usar a tesoura para abrir a costura anterior, cortaram a borda da bolsa. Ficou horrível e danificada. Reclamei e fui atendida com grosseria, afirmaram que a borda já estava assim, o que NÃO era verdade. Paguei caro para me devolverem uma bolsa danificada. Péssimo serviço.
Damaged my bag, cut the edge of the leather. It was just to resew the strap and, visibly out of haste and carelessness, when using the scissors to open the previous seam, they cut the edge of the bag. It was horrible and damaged. I complained and was answered rudely, they said that the border was already like this, which was NOT true. I paid dearly to have a damaged bag returned to me. Terrible service.
