Beautiful shoes! But, my (low) sandal cracked the sole in the middle !!! And the part below the heel crumbled !!! Aren't shoes made to last?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Da gerente da loja Shutz pátio savassi! Se eu não fosse esclarecida dos meus direitos de consumidora e não procurasse outras instâncias teria jogado 600 reais no lixo com a compra de uma bota que só usei uma vez e apresentou defeito!
Tentei trocar com 5 dias de compra e a gerente arrogante teve a coragem de dizer que não poderia ser trocada porque usei UMA VEZ e estragou! Eu que comprei ON LINE teria que levar na loja ( eu prestes a fazer uma cirurgia) e que eles mandariam para fábrica analisar !!!! (Analisar estrago com um único uso e cinco dias de compra??) e que a fábrica teria 30 dias para responder o que fariam… ou seja eu ficaria sem a bota na estação que me interessaria usar…
Eu ficaria com ônus do produto mal feito que apresentou defeito no primeiro uso!
Se dependesse da loja sim…. Mas procurei o sac que resolveram pra mim! A bota foi trocada com poucos dias retirada em casa e entregue novamente casa! Portanto agradeço ao SAC da Schutz que conhece o direito do consumidor… quanto a loja nunca mais quero comprar e nem se comprar on-line aceito receber deles!
Terrible attendance! From the manager of the Shutz Courtyard Savassi store! If I wasn't clear about my consumer rights and didn't look for other instances, I would have thrown 600 reais in the trash with the purchase of a boot that I only used once and was defective!
I tried to exchange it with 5 days of purchase and the arrogant manager had the courage to say that it could not be exchanged because I used it ONCE and it ruined it! I bought it ON LINE would have to take it to the store (I was about to have surgery) and they would send it to the factory to analyze !!!! (Analyze damage with a single use and five days of purchase??) and that the factory would have 30 days to answer what they would do... that is, I would be without the boot at the station I would be interested in using...
I would be responsible for the poorly made product that was defective in the first use!
If it depended on the store yes…. But I looked for the sac that solved for me! The boot was changed after a few days, picked up at home and delivered back home! So I thank the SAC of Schutz who knows the consumer's right… as far as the store I never want to buy again and even if I buy online I accept to receive from them!

Strange store, few options and very dubious taste. Very high price for what it offers. I still bought a present for my wife, but I didn't have the number.
