Dai uns 10min, chegou alguém do restaurante aqui me trazendo outro hambúrguer pq teoricamente havia me entregue um hambúrguer vegetariano da primeira vez. Eu já tinha comido meio hambúrguer e insisti com o moco que jamais seria vegetariano, tava delicioso e obviamente era carne. Agradeci e recusei a troca. Depois fui ver no app e realmente comi o vegetariano ?
Não há melhor avaliação que essa: o hambúrguer vegetariano passou como se de carne fosse para um cara não-vegetariano.
Tirando a minha confusão, parabéns pelo burger, pelas fritas saborosas e quentinhas e principalmente pela atenção do pós venda. Ganharam um cliente (até pq preciso comer o burger de carne agora ?).
I asked for food today. It arrived before its time. I started eating and it was delicious. After about 10 minutes, someone from the restaurant arrived here bringing me another hamburger because theoretically they had given me a vegetarian hamburger the first time. I had already eaten half a hamburger and insisted with the moco that I would never be vegetarian, it was delicious and obviously it was meat. I thanked and refused the exchange. Then I went to see it in the app and actually ate the vegetarian ?
There's no better assessment than this: the veggie burger passed as if it were meat for a non-vegetarian guy.
Apart from my confusion, congratulations for the burger, for the tasty and warm fries and especially for the after-sales attention. They gained a customer (even because I need to eat the meat burger now ?).

Detalhe, moro no Bosque da Saúde, um bairro tranquilo, do lado da Av Ricardo Jaffet, peço pelo iffod 2 a 3x por semana, a primeira vez que ouvi uma desculpa como essa.
A trash! I would give it - 10 star if it were possible. I asked for a snack through iffod, after almost 40 min, they canceled alleging that I lived in a risky area. Detail, I live in Bosque da Saúde, a quiet neighborhood, on the side of Av Ricardo Jaffet, I ask for the iffod 2-3 times a week, the first time I heard an excuse like that.

TERRIBLE! IT ARRIVED LATE, SUPER FROZEN, THE POTATOES SEE VERY LITTLE WHICH DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THIS CASE BECAUSE THEY CAME BURNED AND SUPER GREASY, I ORDERED THE BLACK JACK COMBO AND THE HAMBURGER CAME ALL GREASED AND THE BACON DID NOT COME AT ALL OF THE GREASY, PURE FAT, I DID NOT TASTE ANY SAUCE IN THE SNACK. SAD, DISAPPOINTED AND HUNGRY BECAUSE IT WAS MORE THAN HALF OF THE GARBAGE! DON'T BUY, I LOST MY MONEY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, pedi um lanche pelo Ifood, chegou uma salada de lanche, colocaram a lata de refrigerante na mesma sacola do lanche e batata, a lata amassou tudo, tirou o papel de tudo, chegou todo estraçalhado o lanche, pedi ajuda no chat do Ifood, loja simplesmente não me respondeu e finalizou a conversa, detalhe, paguei 100$ no lanche, 100$ jogados fora, paguei caro esperando algo bom e só gastei dinheiro a toa. Não comprem nesse lugar, vão se arrepender, lanche chegou péssimo e o atendimento foi pior ainda.
Terrible service, I ordered a snack through Ifood, a snack salad arrived, they placed the soda can in the same bag as the snack and potatoes, the can crumpled everything, took the paper out of everything, the snack arrived all shattered, I asked for help in the chat at Ifood, the store simply didn't answer me and ended the conversation, detail, I paid 100$ for lunch, 100$ thrown away, I paid dearly hoping for something good and I just spent money for nothing. Don't buy it in this place, you'll regret it, the lunch was terrible and the service was even worse.
