They saved my life!!!! I had an unacceptable budget from an authorized dealer and a friend recommended me to go to Inbrasil, service was already a big difference, but the honesty and knowledge they have in Apple really was something out of the ordinary,

Excellent, I was recommended and I loved it, I had a much higher budget and with 5 days of waiting I arrived at inbrasil and they did it on time, I didn't miss a day of work, I recommend it, very good.

I took my cell phone to Apple Solution Expert to fix it.
I had already given up my cell phone as lost. But I had this story reversed. The team managed to recover my IPhone. The waitress Danila was extremely helpful and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha anunciado um iMac 2015 no MercadoLivre, duas funcionarias dessa loja (Renata e Danila) ficaram enchendo minha paciencia com diversas perguntas e ofertas sem sentido durante dois dias, evidentemente para fazer uma venda casada com algum cliente da loja, tendo dado certeza da compra e depois sumindo sem dar nenhum tipo de satisfacao. Atitude infantil e pouco profissional, alem de desrepeitosa. NAO recomendo!!
I had advertised a 2015 iMac on MercadoLivre, two employees of that store (Renata and Danila) kept filling my patience with several questions and meaningless offers for two days, evidently to make a married sale with a customer of the store, having confirmed the purchase and then disappearing without giving any kind of satisfaction. Childish and unprofessional attitude, as well as disrespectful. I do not recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei a tela do meu Iphone no final de outubro com o Felipe e paguei o valor de RS1200,00. Após a primeira queda do celular (altura baixa - do meu colo) depois de 2 meses a tela apagou e não é possível ver mais nada no celular. Dado que está dentro do prazo de garantia de 3 meses, levei o celular novamente para eles e para minha surpresa eles me informaram que nao podem fazer nada, no maximo me dar um desconto de 200 reais. Super decepcionada com o serviço, que nao durou nem 3 meses, e com o atendimento prestado aos clientes. Nao recomendo.
I changed my Iphone screen at the end of October with Felipe and paid the amount of RS1200.00. After the first drop of the cell phone (low height - from my lap) after 2 months the screen turned off and it is not possible to see anything else on the cell phone. Since it is within the 3-month warranty period, I took the phone back to them and to my surprise they informed me that they can't do anything, at most they give me a discount of 200 reais. Super disappointed with the service, which did not last even 3 months, and with the service provided to customers. I do not recommend.
