★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não merecia qualquer estrela. Fui requisitar um serviço para colocação de rede de proteção na casa nova de meu pai. Pois bem, a casa toda reformada com porcelanato caro mas paredes e não é que instalaram de forma preguiçosa e que demonstra incapacidade técnica e profissional. Colocaram a rede por dentro, ultrapassando e muito o limite da janela. Ficou como telas de galinheiro. Fiquei muito brava e exiji refazer o serviço de forma minimamente decente colocação. Me cobraram tudo novamente , mesmo os parafusos que reaproveitam deixaram minhas paredes quebradas e basculantes quebrados. Logo além de pagar a mais 430 reais, gastei mais de mil reais para reparo das paredes e fiquei com 2 basculantes quebrados.

Well, the house is completely renovated with expensive porcelain tiles but walls and it is not that they installed in a lazy way and that demonstrates technical and professional incapacity. They put the net inside, far exceeding the window limit. It was like chicken coop screens. I was very angry and demanded to redo the service in a minimally decent manner. They charged me all over again, even the screws they reuse left my walls broken and tippers broken. In addition to paying more than 430 reais, I spent over a thousand reais to repair the walls and had 2 broken tippers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de saber da Insetela, liguei para umas 3 empresas para instalar tela mosqueteira e rede de proteção. Nenhuma retornou para marcar de fazer orçamento. Uma amiga recomendou a Insetela e no mesmo dia que liguei já combnaram de vir medir e fazer orçamento. Minha mudança seria 1 semana depois e pedi para que se pudesse, instalasse primeiro a rede de proteção, achando que as telas mosqueteiras demorariam mais para ficarem prontas. Para minha surpresa, já instalaram tudo junto com a rede de proteção, com muita qualidade e rapidez. Ficou tudo perfeito. Recomendo! Agradeço ao Clóvis, a atendente e aos meninos que instalaram. Equipe nota mil!
Before I heard about Insetela, I called about 3 companies to install a musket and screen. None returned to schedule a budget. A friend recommended Insetela and the same day I called they already agreed to come and measure and make a budget. My move would be 1 week later and I asked if I could, install the safety net first, thinking that the musket screens would take longer to be ready. To my surprise, they have already installed everything together with the safety net, with great quality and speed. Everything was perfect. I recommend!
