★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima! Nunca fui tratado assim na minha vida. Pedi um orçamento agora por telefone, o vendedor já foi grosso e nem se apresentou, mesmo assim insisti em fazer um orçamento. Chamei no WhatsApp e mandei as medidas com os vídeos e fotos. Ele me passou um orçamento fora do mercado. Fiz 5 orçamentos, todos na faixa de mil e pouco, ele me cobrou R$8.980,00. Questionei que não tinha noção de valor e perguntei se era tudo isso. “ Isso é valor para concorrência igual a vc kkkk” informei que não havia entendido e ele me bloqueio. Vocês já viram isso? Nunca passei por isso. Fujam dessa empresa. Além de anti profissional, não tem respeito pelo cliente.
Terrible company! I've never been treated like that in my life. I asked for a quote now by phone, the seller was already rude and didn't even show up, even so I insisted on making a quote. I called on WhatsApp and sent the measurements with the videos and photos. He gave me an off-market quote. I made 5 quotes, all in the range of a thousand something, he charged me R$8,980.00. I questioned that I had no notion of value and asked if it was all that. "This is value for competition just like you kkkk" I informed him that I had not understood and he blocked me. Have you seen this? I never went through this. Run away from this company. In addition to being unprofessional, he has no respect for the customer.
