★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horário marcado - atendido - só que pega informações vai lá dentro, volta, vai de novo, volta /agora espere que vc vai ser chamado para receber os documentos.
Nessa espera já passa dos 35 minutos. E até agora nada resolvido.
 Schedule scheduled - answered - only that information is going in there, back, going again, back / now hope that you will be called to receive the documents.
That wait is past 35 minutes. And so far nothing solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Agendei atendimento para 10:45, cheguei 10:30 e até agora (13 hrs) não terminaram de me atender. O primeiro atendimento foi feito por estagiário as 12:00, que pegou o documento e mandou para avaliação. E lá ele está até agora, uma certidão de nascimento. Detalhe, as 12:22 recebi um SMS pedindo para avaliar o atendimento. Claro que avaliei como péssimo, pois nem terminaram de me atender. Descaso. Eu com bebê esperando em casa tendo que passar por isso.
Terrible. I scheduled attendance for 10:45, arrived 10:30 and so far (13 hrs) have not finished attending me. The first service was made by a trainee at 12:00, who took the document and sent it for evaluation. And there he is so far, a birth certificate. Detail, at 12:22 I received an SMS asking to evaluate the service. Of course I rated it as bad, because they didn't even finish attending to me. Neglect. Me with baby waiting at home having to go through this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O site é o App não concluem um agendamento para perícia. Precisei ir pessoalmente e esperei por 3 horas para conseguir marcar. Salva-se o excelente atendimento do Sr. Celso que com muita educação, calma e boa vontade dá orientação e solução para o público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço que não funciona, não atendem o telefone tentei contato 3 dias seguidos. Será que não tem uma pessoa responsável pra cuidar dessa parte? Como a pessoa vai agendar antes se nem o telefone atendem pelo menos pra tirar uma dúvida?
É por isso que no Brasil as coisas não fluem. Não é pelo país são as pessoas que nele vivem que dificultam tudo.
Service that doesn't work, they don't answer the phone I tried to contact 3 days in a row. Is there not a responsible person to take care of this part? How is the person going to schedule beforehand if they don't even answer the phone, at least to ask a question?
That's why in Brazil things don't flow. It's not because of the country, it's the people who live in it that make everything difficult.
