★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segundo o "profissional", meu televisor teria que trocar a placa e isso me custaria 650 reais. Não fiz o serviço e levei para outro técnico. Quando este abriu a tv, notou que haviam removido muito componentes da mesma. CUIDADO!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fiz serviços com a instalotel e nunca tive problema algum, além de indicar a vários colegas que sempre elogiaram a agilidade e honradez do profissional. O que entendo sobre o comentário que querem diminuir o profissional citado, levo isso como algum tipo de injúria.
I have always done services with instalotel and have never had any problems, in addition to indicating to several colleagues who have always praised the professional's agility and honesty. Primeiro abre as 9hs e não as 8hs
Segundo voces fecham as 13hs para almoço.
E as vezes a pessoa só tem esse tempos disponível

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não coloquei o máximo de estrelas porque o local não conservava TV Philips e havia ainda o adesivo na porta. Mas gostei da sinceridade da atendente em dizer que a marca não tinha mais disponibilidade de peças. Se não fosse um local honesto teriam pego o aparelho de meu pai e certamente que não teriam consertado, alimentando uma expectativa que seria frustrada.
The only reason I didn't put as many stars was because the place didn't have a Philips TV and there was still the sticker on the door. But I liked the sincerity of the attendant in saying that the brand no longer had parts availability. If it wasn't an honest place they would have taken my father's device and certainly wouldn't have fixed it, feeding an expectation that would be frustrated.
