★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpre a palavra. Um total descaso com o cliente. Fiz um pedido dia 21/11/2019, combinei com a atendente o prazo de entrega para 25/11 e a empresa desde o dia 25 deu várias desculpas por não entregar no prazo. Cancelei o pedido. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde a dedicação ao atendimento telefônico, e logo após eles informaram un watts app pedindo uma foto do vidro que eu precisava para saberem se tinham estoque, e logo retornaram informando que sim e informaram como chegar lá Isto me deixou tranquilo, e gostando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc quiser se aborrecer, não ter o serviço que solicitou, ouvir desculpas e atrasos, então vc pode contratar essa vidraçaria. Para começar o responsável vem a sua casa faz as medições e não realiza nenhuma anotação. Passa-se dias e a empresa não entra em contato para lhe informar o orçamento, é vc, o cliente, que deve correr atrás dessa informação. Após alguns dias, agenda-se a instalação e vc descobre que o serviço orçado e contratado não foi aquele que vc solicitou, mas aquele que o responsável "imagina" que vc pagou. Ele simplesmente faz aquilo que ele quer e não o que o cliente pagou. Um absurdo. Vale lembrar que metade do valor do serviço foi pago antecipadamente. Depois de três visitas a instalação é concluída sem que o consumidor tenha aquilo que contratou, o local de instalação é deixado sujo e empoeirado. Portanto, jamais recomendaria essa empresa, fuja dela e procure algo ou alguém que lhe entrega um serviço com qualidade, no prazo e dentro dos padrões que vc contratou. Uma péssima experiência.

After three visits the installation is completed without the consumer having what they have hired, the installation site is left dirty and dusty. Therefore, I would never recommend this company, run away from it and look for something or someone who will deliver a quality service, on time and within the standards you have hired. A bad experience.
