★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível. Tomografia agendada para as 10h20, minha mãe já estava a 18h sem comer, passamos horas esperando com fome. O atendimento na recepção foi terrível, muita gente, hora marcada que não funciona, recepcionista no celular enquanto todos, inclusive minha mãe sem comer esperando, conversando entre elas e o atendimento esperando. Não recomendo nunca esse lugar, não volto nunca mais e também não recomendo para ninguém. ENTÃO NÃO VALE O APERREIO PELA DIFERENÇA DE 100 REAIS. SUPER DESAPONTADA E INSATISFEITA. PRECISA MELHORAR MUITOOOOOO.
Horrible experience. Tomography scheduled for 10:20 am, my mother was already 6 pm without eating, we spent hours waiting hungry. The service at the reception was terrible, many people, appointments that do not work, receptionist on cell phone while everyone, including my mother without eating waiting, talking between them and the service waiting. I never recommend this place, I will never return and I won't recommend it to anyone either. THEN IT IS NOT WORTH THE APERREIO FOR THE DIFFERENCE OF 100 REAIS. SUPER DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED. NEEDS MUCH IMPROVEMENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A anamnese é feita pela recepcionista, isso mesmo, NA RECEPÇÃO. Ela foi bem simpática, fez oq foi mandado. Como eu estava sentada na primeira cadeira, sei da história de todas as mulheres que foram fazer exame: se tem dor no peito, de amamentou, se tem prótese mamária, se tem mastite, se tem secreção, se toma contraceptivo, se tem nódulo... Um trabalho que deveria ser do médico em local apropriado e, dessa forma, expõe imensamente a condição de quem foi fazer um exame. Absurdo. Tive que dar uma nota baixa.
Clínica limpa, pouca gente, atendimento foi rápido. Atrasou 15 minutos só.
Respondendo à consideração da clínica, são perguntas importantes e, por isso, devem ser feitas pelo PROFISSIONAL DE SAÚDE, e em LOCAL APROPRIADO, com o devido sigilo. Não há justificativa. Mas obrigada por tentar responder.
The anamnesis is done by the receptionist, that's right, AT THE RECEPTION. She was very nice, she did what she was told. As I was sitting in the first chair, I know the story of all the women who went for the exam: if you have chest pain, if you breastfed, if you have breast implants, if you have mastitis, if there is secretion, if you take contraceptives, if you have a nodule. .. A job that should be done by the doctor in an appropriate place and, in this way, immensely exposes the condition of the person who went for an exam. Absurd. I had to give it a low grade.
Clean clinic, few people, service was fast. It was only 15 minutes late.
Responding to the clinic's consideration, these are important questions and, therefore, they should be asked by the HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL, and in an APPROPRIATE PLACE, with due confidentiality. There is no justification. But thanks for trying to answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda não fui ao lugar, poderei mudar minha classificação após, mas acho importante registrar a experiência com o atendimento inicial. O atendimento por telefone é muito difícil, fiquei quase dez minutos na linha, esperando atendimento e nada. Portanto, me dirigi ao atendimento por whatsapp. Iniciei o mesmo às 14h, inicialmente fazendo as perguntas iniciais e preço. Apenas às 14:49 me responderam e eu iniciei a marcação. No frigir dos ovos, terminei o atendimento apenas às 16:15h!!! Ou seja, passei praticamente duas horas agarrado ao telefone tentando marcar, com intervalos homéricos entre as respostas, da parte do atendimento! A experiência foi terrível, fiquei decepcionado, uma vez que colegas médicos elogiam o centro diagnóstico. Vamos ver se eu complemento com coisas boas após o atendimento... ou não.
I haven't been to the place yet, I can change my classification later, but I think it's important to record the experience with the initial care. Telephone service is very difficult, I was on the line for almost ten minutes, waiting for assistance and nothing. So, I went to the service via whatsapp. I started it at 2pm, initially asking the initial questions and price. Only at 14:49 they answered me and I started the appointment. In the frigir of eggs, I only finished the service at 16:15h!!! In other words, I spent practically two hours clinging to the phone trying to make an appointment, with Homeric intervals between answers, on the part of the service! The experience was terrible, I was disappointed, as medical colleagues praise the diagnostic center. Let's see if I complement it with good things after the service... or not.
