★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para ser atendida pela Dra. Renata, ela é bem atenciosa. O que deixa a desejar é a recepção. Fui no consultório 3 vezes e duas delas o meu horário não estava agendado na recepção!
Tive que as duas vezes provar pelas conversas do WhatsApp a confirmação desse agendamento. Para finalizar nem um pedido de desculpas pelo desleixo eu recebi, pelo contrário!!! Após 40 min de espera, a recepcionista se sentiu na razão e veio me dizer que se realmente estivesse confirmado ela mandaria a mensagem de confirmação no dia da consulta. Ou seja, segundo ela, o problema e erro foram meus por ter tido o comprometimento do de comparecer.
I went to be seen by Dr. Renata, she is very attentive. What is lacking is the reception. I went to the office 3 times and two of them my appointment was not scheduled at the reception!
Both times I had to prove through WhatsApp conversations the confirmation of this appointment. To finish, not even an apology for the sloppiness I received, on the contrary!!! After 40 minutes of waiting, the receptionist felt right and came to tell me that if it was really confirmed, she would send the confirmation message on the day of the appointment. In other words, according to her, the problem and mistake were mine for having had the commitment to attend.
