Médico arrogante, sem paciencia.
Pontualidade zero! Comprei lentes de contato, e combinei em retirar no sábado, inclusive confirmado pela Vanessa (funcionaria responsavel pela venda), entretanto, para minha surpresa, o consultorio estava fechado. Tento ligar no celular e na clinica, mas ninguem atende.
Não recomendo!!!!

Zero punctuality! I bought contact lenses, and agreed to take them out on Saturday, even confirmed by Vanessa (would be responsible for the sale), however, to my surprise, the office was closed. I try to call the cell phone and the clinic, but no one answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da secretária Karen... grossa... minha mãe fez a cirurgia nessa clínica e na consulta pós-operatório nem lembrava mais da minha mãe...o médico até foi simpático, mas a cirurgia também não recomendo, ficou pior que antes. Minha mãe vai continuar o tratamento em outra clínica.
Poor care of secretary Karen ... thick ... my mother did the surgery in this clinic and in the postoperative appointment she did not remember my mother anymore ... the doctor was even nice, but the surgery did not recommend either, it was worse than before. My mother will continue treatment at another clinic.

Apesar da consulta ter sido particular, R$ 300,00, atendido pelo Dr Edson com muita pouca vontade e sem paciência diante das minhas perguntas me dava respostas grosseiras sendo que me fez um comentário, se eu viesse a reclamar da solicitação que fiz ele me chicoteava e no final da consulta me retirei por perceber que ele estava ficando nervoso, Mediante disso peguei a receita, que ele me fez, rasguei e joguei no lixo
Não recomento !!!

Agora o porquê de acompanhar?
Paciente idoso com problema na retina, orientado a fazer acompanhamento pela própria clinica devido ao risco de descolamento de retina .
Sei que o médico é muito bom mas acredito que tenham que investir no material humano com treinamento, reciclagem de atendimento.
Lembrando que o sucesso de qualquer empresa é o trabalho em equipe fica a dica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente do Dr Edson Miyake a 17 anos e sempre fui muito bem recebida e bem acompanhada. Fiz cirurgia muito bem sucedida com ele , sempre tiveram muito cuidado. Antes de passar com ele já havia me consultado com muitos médicos , mas por se tratar de olhos nele foi onde encontrei confiança. Recomendo as pessoas próximas sempre que posso!! Só tenho gratidão a todos!!
I have been a patient of Dr Edson Miyake for 17 years and I have always been very well received and well monitored. I had very successful surgery with him, they were always very careful. Before seeing him, I had already consulted with many doctors, but because it was his eyes, that's where I found confidence. I recommend people nearby whenever I can !! Ao chegar fui atendida pela Jessica que me tratou com muito respeito e paciência e simpatia .
A japa que colocou o colírio em mim também é muito cuidadosa e simpática .
A clínica segue os protocolos em combate a disseminação do covid , inclusive tem uma moça do para abrir a porta para não colocarmos as mãos para não contaminar a maçaneta da porta . Clínica muito limpa !
Só tenho a agradecer !
Excellent doctor, super attentive, explains in the smallest details and is a kind person.
When I arrived I was attended by Jessica who treated me with a lot of respect, patience and sympathy.
The japa who put the eye drops on me is also very caring and friendly.
The clinic follows the protocols in combating the spread of covid , it even has a girl to open the door so that we do not put our hands so as not to contaminate the doorknob . Very clean clinic!

Meus pais vão desde que Noé era adolescente e não trocam por nada. Volto com prazer de Sorocaba porque tenho certeza que estou sendo bem cuidada e aliás, já vou ligar pra marcar a minha consultinha anual.
WONDERFUL. Note a thousand for my entire family. I have been monitoring since I was a child and I have always been treated very well. My parents go back since Noah was a teenager and don't trade it for anything. I'm happy to return from Sorocaba because I'm sure I'm being well taken care of and, by the way, I'll call to schedule my annual appointment.
