Diferente de muitos lugares em que você chega e é tratado com receita de "gaveta". O processo todo por reembolso auxiliado, me ajudaram em tudo!! Amei todas as profissionais e com certeza a clinica já ganhou uma paciente fiel. Indico para todos os meus amigos e familiares que procuram perda de peso e ganho de massa muscular. Local muito aconchegante.
I really like this clinic, they always do a battery of tests that are essential to direct the right treatment. Unlike many places where you arrive and are treated with a "drawer" recipe. The whole process for assisted reimbursement, helped me in everything!! I loved all the professionals and the clinic has certainly won a loyal patient. I recommend it to all my friends and family looking to lose weight and gain muscle mass. Very cozy place.

O pior atendimento foi das recepcionistas e do atendimento via WhatsApp, meu processo será por reembolso, tive uma dúvida de quem deveria solicitar o reembolso ( pois no dia do atendimento não me informaram o procedimento), quem me respondeu pelo whats foi extremamente rude, ao invés de simplesmente explicar o procedimento.
Além disso, no dia da primeira consulta você vai ficar muito tempo na clínica, para fazer todos os procedimento (até aí, tudo bem), mas, eu perguntei onde poderia pegar água para as recepcionistas, que não me responderam nada, apenas pediram para outra funcionária pegar a agua, que nunca recebi !
Simplesmente o primeiro atendimento ( cara da empresa) é péssima e sem educação …

In addition, on the day of the first appointment you will spend a lot of time at the clinic, to do all the procedures (so far, so good), but I asked the receptionists where I could get water, who didn't answer me anything, they just asked to another employee to get the water, which I never received!
Simply the first service (company guy) is terrible and uneducated…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta para dar um primeiro passo para uma nova qualidade de vida, melhoria estética e saúde.
Agendei em um dos primeiros horários pois como a maior disponibilidade é durante a semana, não podia tomar muito tempo do meu trabalho.
1- Levou 3 horas para que todos os processos fossem concluídos, passei por exames, nutricionista, nutrólogo com muita espera entre eles. Se ao menos eu tivesse sido avisado sobre essa duração teria ido mais preparado e não teria que perder reuniões já agendadas.
2- Eu nunca vi um sistema de cobrança mais absurdo em nenhum outro serviço. Eles mandam mensagens diárias dizendo que o boleto foi emitido e se não pagar, o mesmo será enviado ao cartório, me senti como alguém devendo milhões de empréstimo a um banco.
Além disso eles me mandaram um boleto na quinta a noite com vencimento para sexta. Como estava muito ocupado, fui pagar no sábado e quando notei já tinha quase R$ 30 de multa. Com muita má vontade e me ameaçando que esse seria a última vez que eles fariam esse "favor" consegui que emitissem um novo boleto.
Ainda neste tema, nesta intimação que o financeiro impõe no momento da cobrança, recebi uma mensagem afirmando que meu convênio já tinha depositado o valor em minha conta e recebi o boleto com vencimento curto mais uma vez para pagar, porém essa afirmação era falsa, eu ainda não havia recebido o reembolso do convenio e mais uma vez estava sendo ameaçado de que se não pagasse o título iria ao cartório.
3- No dia do meu retorno eu pensei "hoje só tenho que passar com a nutricionista e nutrólogo, não vai demora 3h".. erro meu.. após 2h eu tinha passado apenas com a nutricionista e, mais uma vez iria perder reuniões.. então fui em bora do consultório. DUAS HORAS para um retorno com 2 profissionais da saúde e só consegui passar com UM!
Por fim, esta instituição desrespeita o paciente/consumidor os deixando esperar horas em seu consultório, vende uma imagem que querem tratar o paciente pelo nome, fazer uma análise 360 graus mas a realidade é que só estão interessados em quanto dinheiro conseguem arrancar do seus convênios NÃO RECOMENDO NEM PARA SEUS INIMIGOS.

In addition, they sent me a ticket on Thursday night with an expiration date for Friday. As it was very busy, I went to pay on Saturday and when I noticed I had almost R$30 in fine. With a lot of grudging and threatening me that this would be the last time they would do this "favor" I managed to get them to issue a new bill.
Also on this topic, in this subpoena that the finance company imposes at the time of collection, I received a message stating that my health insurance had already deposited the amount in my account and I received the short-term payment slip once again to pay, but this statement was false, I he had not yet received reimbursement from the agreement and was once again being threatened that if he did not pay the title he would go to the notary's office.
3- On the day of my return I thought "today I only have to go to the nutritionist and nutritionist, it won't take 3 hours".... my mistake... after 2 hours I had only spent time with the nutritionist and, once again, I would miss meetings. .then I left the office. TWO HOURS for a return visit with 2 health professionals and I only managed to get through with ONE!
Finally, this institution disrespects the patient/consumer by letting them wait hours in their office, sells an image that they want to treat the patient by name, do a 360-degree analysis, but the reality is that they are only interested in how much money they can get out of their insurance. I DON'T RECOMMEND EVEN TO YOUR ENEMIES.

Marquei uma consulta com um nutricionista fui bem clara com eles que queria apenas uma consulta com um nutricionista, marquei para mim e meu esposo.
Chegando lá eles fazem um milhão de exames totalmente desnecessários na gente, exames de trombose, do abdômen, exame de tireoide, milhares de exames de imagem sem nenhuma necessidade, coisas que não pedimos, sendo que era pra ser uma consulta com um nutricionista. Sem contar que fazem o exames e nem se quer se prestam a te explicar os resultados dos exames feitos.
Além desses absurdos os profissionais deixam muuuito a desejar, pedi uma dieta pra nutricionista pra ganho a nutricionista passou uma dieta pra mim com menos calorias do que se eu estivesse em emagrecimento. Sem contar o nutrólogo que já me sugeriu hormônios ( anabolizante ) sem eu nem ter pedido e ainda pior ( sem vê nenhum exame meu ?)
E pasmem, um absurdo de cobrança, a conta deu quase 9 mil reais de cobrança minha e do meu esposo. A sorte é que o convênio pagou tudo e não temos co-participação em folha de pagamento. Agora imaginem as pessoas que tem co-participação ???? Pagar um absurdo do próprio bolso.
Enfim não recomendo de forma alguma essa clínica.

When we get there, they do a million totally unnecessary exams on us, thrombosis exams, abdominal exams, thyroid exams, thousands of unnecessary imaging exams, things we didn't ask for, since it was supposed to be a consultation with a nutritionist. Not to mention that they take the exams and don't even want to explain the results of the exams to you.
In addition to these absurdities, the professionals leave a lot to be desired, I asked the nutritionist for a diet to gain, the nutritionist gave me a diet with fewer calories than if I were losing weight. Not to mention the nutrologist who has already suggested hormones (anabolic) without me even asking and even worse (without seeing any of my exams ?)
And amazingly, an absurd charge, the account gave almost 9 thousand reais of charge from me and my husband. The luck is that the agreement paid for everything and we do not have co-participation in the payroll. Now imagine the people who have co-participation ???? Paying nonsense out of your own pocket.
I do not recommend this clinic at all.
