★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, minha mãe uma senhora de 66 anos , foi em busca de atendimento especializado, mas graças ao atendimento da "Recepcionista" do terreo que em vez de atender as pessoas com gentileza e atenção, prefere ficar no celular, minha se dirigiu a ela falando que era paciente do médico tal, porém ela só disse para pegar uma senha e esqueceu da minha mãe lá , no fim das contas minha mãe estava na clínica errada pela falta de atenção dessa funcionária, um bom curso de atendimento ao público e interpessoal seria essencial para esse tipo de funcionário, ninguém vai a um clínica de olhos pedir favor para ser tão mal atendido assim.
 Poor service, my mother, a 66-year-old lady, was looking for specialized service, but thanks to the service of the "Receptionist" on the ground floor who, instead of attending people with kindness and attention, prefers to stay on her cell phone, my mother addressed her saying she was a patient of the doctor, but she just said to get a password and forgot my mother there, after all my mother was in the wrong clinic due to the lack of attention from this employee, a good course in public and interpersonal care would be essential for this type of employee, nobody goes to an eye clinic to ask for a favor to be treated so badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência negativa, atendimento péssimo, não sabem lidar com adversidades e com o público. Quanto a equipe médica não posso analisar pois não cheguei sequer a ser atendido tamanha a decepção. Eles precisam entender que a parte fragilizada é o paciente.
Apenas uma pessoa tem um caráter evoluído e uma visão superior. Chama-se Sâmia.
Sou médico também tenho consultório e atendo em diversos lugares, sei do que estou falando.
Negative experience, terrible service, they do not know how to deal with adversities and the public. As for the medical team, I cannot analyze it because I was not even treated to such disappointment. They need to understand that the fragile part is the patient.
Only one person has an evolved character and a superior view. It's called Sâmia.
I am also a doctor, I have an office and I attend in several places, I know what I'm talking about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei atendimento, cheguei na hora marcada e fui informada de que um dos aparelhos havia parado de funcionar no período da manhã. Meu atendimento foi no período da tarde, pq não me avisaram!? Me programei, faltei no trabalho, paguei uber para esse descaso total. Reclamei educadamente e nunca mais volto.
I scheduled appointments, arrived at the appointed time and was informed that one of the devices had stopped working in the morning. My service was in the afternoon, why didn't they let me know !? I programmed myself, I missed work, I paid uber for this total neglect. I complained politely and never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você vai morrer ligando e ninguém te atende ou dá ocupado. Pelo WhatsApp, pior ainda. Não têm dados móveis ou wi-fi porque nunca chega a mensagem. Para marcar, só indo lá mesmo.
You will die calling and no one answers or is busy. Through WhatsApp, even worse. They don't have mobile data or wifi because the message never arrives. To book, just going there.
