LIGUEI NA CLÍNICA E PEDI INFORMAÇÕES DO MEU PRONTUÁRIO POIS QUANDO EU FIZ ELES NÃO ME DERAM NENHUM PAPEL E ELA DISSE QUE ENVIARIA PARA MEU EMAIL A RECEITA. OU SEJA SOU PACIENTE E NÃO SEI QUAL GRAU USO DESDE A ÚLTIMA CONSULTA. ELA DISSE QUE TENHO QUE PASSAR COM O MÉDICO DEIXAR UM SINAL E FAZER IMA NOVA LENTE COM ELES. OU SEJA SOIU OBRIGADA A FAZER O EXAME COM ELES E A LENTE COM ELES.
Isso é questão de saúde. Se negar em passar informações de prontuário ao paciente é crime. Como vou saber se Estou progredindo ou regredindo na minha saúde ocular? Sendo que a própria se nega a passar minhas informações que paguei por ela. Preciso fazer uma lente provisória e nem informações eu tenho da minha última consulta. Triste,sou refém dessa clínica onde meu grau só aumenta.

OR BE A PATIENT AND I DON'T KNOW WHICH DEGREE OF USE SINCE THE LAST CONSULTATION. SHE SAID I HAVE TO PASS WITH THE DOCTOR LEAVE A SIGN AND MAKE A NEW IMA LENS WITH THEM. OR I WAS OBLIGATED TO TAKE THE EXAM WITH THEM AND THE LENS WITH THEM.
This is a health issue. Refusing to pass on medical record information to the patient is a crime. How will I know if I am progressing or regressing in my eye health? Since she herself refuses to pass on my information that I paid for her. I need to make a provisional lens and I don’t even have information from my last appointment. Sadly, I am a hostage to this clinic where my degree only increases.

Cheguei pra passar em consulta e me fizeram aguardar acreditando que conseguiria ser atendida, mas quando eu disse que já tinha feito o óculos e precisava apenas da receita atualizada, por isso a consulta, eles disseram que não dava pra encaixar, e consulta só pra semana que vem. E já passei aqui antes, e se eu nao tivesse falado do óculos, eles iriam me atender apenas pra me empurrar a comprar o óculos na ótica deles, que fica em baixo, ótica Tamara. Péssimo atendimento. Me mandaram embora só porque não iriam ganhar a venda de óculos comigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom, faz 12 anos que eu passo com eles, nunca tive problemas com a lente que eles vendem, todas as vezes que meu olho estava irritado eles examinaram, as atendentes são muito simpática e os médicos são excelentes e muito prestativo, pra quem me pergunta eu indico a clínica.
Very good, I've spent 12 years with them, I've never had any problems with the lens they sell, every time my eye was irritated they examined it, the attendants are very friendly and the doctors are excellent and very helpful, to whom asks I recommend the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa clinica ou esses médicos para ninguém. Totalmente despreparados. Já começam errado dilatando a vista da criança que tem estigmatismo Não Pode, (dá alteração no exame), os que se dizem médicos lá dentro, só porque não fez o óculos com eles já falou que o grau estava errado. (ESTAVA CORRETO) e o pior de tudo a doutora receita um colírio Anti inflamatório para USO CONTINUO, NÃO PODE. E ainda falaram que a menina tinha CERATOCONE, só que somente exames especifico podem constatar. Resumindo, totalmente errada a conduta deste lugar, Graças a Deus não era nada do que eles falaram. Totalmente despreparados fora a grosseria dos médicos.
I don't recommend this clinic or these doctors to anyone. Totally unprepared. They start wrong by dilating the vision of the child who has stigmatism You can't, (gives changes in the exam), those who call themselves doctors there, just because they didn't make the glasses with them already said that the degree was wrong. (WAS CORRECT) And worst of all, the doctor prescribes an Anti-inflammatory eye drops for CONTINUOUS USE, IT CANNOT. And they even said that the girl had CERATOCONE, but only specific exams can confirm it. In short, the conduct of this place was totally wrong, Thank God it wasn't at all what they said. Totally unprepared had been the rudeness of the doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local....abordagem totalmente comercial, não recomendo, o negócio dessa cliniquinha é vender óculos, sem contar, que não tem a capacidade de atualizar um laudo médico....que se trata de atividade trivial de médico...mas enfim, notei alguns detalhes quanto a falta de higiene em relação aos equipamentos utilizados pelo médico...NÃO RECOMENDO....façam consulta pelo Google...rsrsr
Terrible place....completely commercial approach, I don't recommend it, the business of this little clinic is to sell glasses, not to mention that it doesn't have the ability to update a medical report....that is a trivial activity of a doctor...but anyway, I noticed some details regarding the lack of hygiene in relation to the equipment used by the doctor... I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
