★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe foi para UTI, e ela desceu para o quarto, não houve ligação do hospital para avisar. Se não é minha irmã ligar pra saber notícias estávamos até hj sem notícias, ou teríamos recebido a ligação do falecimento.
Qdo chego no quarto, minha mãe está toda torta na cama, deitada para o lado que tem a fratura ( o que não poderia) e sem o cateter, depois de reclamar e ajeita- lá na cama, viramos e notei que estava com escadas, estava em carne viva, que não tinha até ir para o UTI, e sem curativo. (UTI de morte)
Chamei as enfermeiras elas não tinham nem visto.
Minha mãe foi literalmente jogada na cama, abandonada na maior crueldade possível.
Médicos, enfermeiras, técnicas e assistente social, sem omprometimento, frios, sem.empatia...Enfim, mataram a minha mãe.

When I get to the room, my mother is all crooked on the bed, lying on the side that has the fracture (which she couldn't) and without the catheter, after complaining and getting her in bed, we turned around and I noticed that there were stairs, I was raw, which I didn't have until I went to the ICU, and without a bandage. (death ICU)
I called the nurses they hadn't even seen it.
My mother was literally thrown to bed, abandoned in the cruelest possible way.
Doctors, nurses, technicians and social worker, without commitment, cold, without.empathy... In the end, they killed my mother.

Em fim o médico atendeu e encaminhou para pronto socorro
E chegou lá começou o descaso
Ninguém liga para dar informações sobre ela
Ela estava esperando o atendimento para tirar a água do pulmão o cirurgião não dar resposta ela está mais de 24h sem comer
Pq não pode por causa do exames
Que pretendem fazer
Mal consigo falar com ela pq lá é ruim de sinal
Muito descaso
Não sei quantos dias ela vai ficar para poder proceder o exame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse hospital ja foi bom faço tratamento lá só eu sei as raiva que passo nesse lugar com tanto funcionário incompetente entrou umas empresa tercerizada que os funcionários não serve nem para cuida de animal quanto mais de gente doente ,hospital lotado pouco gente para trabalha enfermeiros todos sobre carregados tentam fazer o impossível para atender a todos.
Até no setor de tomografia cortaram gastos e não fornecem mas a roupa para fazer exames um absurdo isso se vc não for com roupa adequada tem que fica pelado aguardando .
This hospital used to be good, I do treatment there, only I know the anger I go through in this place with so many incompetent employees, some outsourced company entered that the employees are not even good for taking care of animals, let alone sick people, hospital full of few people to work nurses all about loaded try to do the impossible to serve everyone.
Even in the tomography sector, they cut expenses and don't provide but the clothes to do exams, it's absurd that if you don't go with adequate clothes you have to stay naked waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero relatar aqui a triste experiência que tive neste hospital. Não existe tratamento humanizado, são todos frios e sem empatia. Precisamos chamar várias vezes para ter um socorro. Minha mãe estava na enfermaria e foi transferida para a UTI, em 03/03 as 17hs. Segundo a Dra Amanda, seria por 24/48 hs, pois faria um punção e estava tomando antibiótico. Disse que, logo que tivesse alta da UTI, nos avisaria. Fomos à UTI para pedir informação e nos disseram que o médico ligaria no dia seguinte para passar o boletim. Passamos o dia todo ansiosos e nada aconteceu! Às 17:30 do dia seguinte liguei para o hospital e pedi para falar na UTI. "Não é possível", disse a Telefonista, falei que precisava ter notícias de uma paciente e ela perguntou o nome. Quando falei, soube que ela havia saído da UTI antes do almoço e que havia ido para o 21o Andar. Pedi, então, que me transferisse a ligação, a enfermeira (que não quis dizer o nome) confirmou que ela estava lá e que a assistente social iria nos ligar. A assistente ligou às 18hs e falou que minha mãe precisava de acompanhante. Como já sabíamos disso, já estávamos a caminho. Ocorre que, qdo minha irmã chegou, encontrou minha mãe abandonada, sem medicação e SEM OXIGÊNIO que tanto precisava. Foi largada lá, ao Deus dará, sem assistência nenhuma. Qdo minha irmã chegou e começou a questionar aquela situação, logo correram, dizendo que tinham dado assistência. MENTIROSOS, até o acesso do medicamento foi perdido. Minha mãe, que não tinha nenhuma ferida antes de ir para a UTI, estava com um ferimento grande nas costas, faltando um pedaço de carne e pele, pelo abandono total de todos que deviam ter feito o seu trabalho com dignidade.
Minha mãe faleceu em decorrência da falta de oxigênio.
Pergunto: quem é a pessoa que deveria ter nos ligado para ir cuidar dela, já que as pessoas do hospital não cuidam?
Pois estaríamos lá evitando que ficasse sem oxigênio, evitando que se formassem as feridas.
UTI da carnificina, simplesmente puseram um dreno na minha mãe e mandaram-na para a enfermaria mortal.
Seus CRUEIS, DESALMADOS.
Esses médicos e aprendizes, enfermeiras e técnicas deviam ter mais empatia ou mudar de profissão.
I want to report here the sad experience I had in this hospital. There is no humane treatment, they are all cold and without empathy. We need to call several times for help. My mother was in the ward and was transferred to the ICU on 03/03 at 5 pm. According to Dr Amanda, it would be for 24/48 hours, as she would have a puncture and was taking antibiotics. He said that as soon as he was discharged from the ICU, he would let us know. We went to the ICU to ask for information and were told that the doctor would call the next day to issue the report. When I spoke, I learned that she had left the ICU before lunch and had gone to the 21st Floor. So I asked her to transfer the call to me, the nurse (who wouldn't say her name) confirmed that she was there and that the social worker would call us. The assistant called at 6 pm and said that my mother needed a companion. As we already knew that, we were already on our way. It happens that, when my sister arrived, she found my mother abandoned, without medication and WITHOUT OXYGEN she needed so much. It was left there, to God, without any assistance. When my sister arrived and started to question that situation, they immediately ran, saying that they had given assistance. LIARS, even access to the medicine was lost. My mother, who had no wounds before going to the ICU, had a large wound on her back, missing a piece of flesh and skin, due to the total abandonment of everyone who should have done their work with dignity.
My mother died from lack of oxygen.
I ask: who is the person who should have called us to take care of her, since the people at the hospital don't care?
Because we would be there preventing him from running out of oxygen, preventing wounds from forming.
ICU of the carnage, they simply drained my mother and sent her to the mortal ward.
You CRUEL, HEARTLESS.
These doctors and apprentices, nurses and technicians should have more empathy or change professions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um descaso total.... Enfermeiros que não dão notícias para o familiar lá fora. Estou com minha mãe á 9 hrs no CAIO e não disseram nada. Agora que tive que fazer um escândalo para falarem que é protocolo do hospital não irem lá fora falar. Entrei falei com a enfermeira ela disse que estão sem sistema desde á 01:00 até às 05:00 e por isso não colheram os exames dela. Eu vi recepcionistas dormirem assistindo filme enfermeiros falando da sua vida amorosa segurança fazendo ronda e gritando eai mano. Um descaso TOTAL
A total disregard.... Nurses who do not give news to the family member outside. I'm with my mother for 9 hrs in CAIO and they didn't say anything. Now that I had to make a fuss about saying that it's hospital protocol not to go outside to talk. I went in, talked to the nurse, she said they have no system from 01:00 to 05:00 and that's why they didn't collect her exams. I saw receptionists fall asleep watching movie nurses talking about their safety love life making the rounds and yelling hey bro. A TOTAL disregard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse hospital é maravilhoso profissionais super gentis e experientes, local limpo e tido bem organizado. Meu pai tem câncer de Linfoma e faz tratamento no Icesp que Deus abençoe a todos os que fazem parte do Icesp.
This hospital is wonderful, super kind and experienced professionals, clean and well organized. My father has lymphoma cancer and is undergoing treatment at ICESP may God bless everyone who is part of ICESP.
