Parabéns Thiago. As demais, não dão nem bom dia, boa tarde e boa noite. Se fazem de surdas(isso foi no meu período de curso). Só continuei no curso porque já havia pago e não teria o valor pago por reembolso
Curso na Embelleze nunca mais na minha vida. Há não ser que administração da instituição de Niterói melhore, e muito.
Ambiente sucateado, materiais de anos e anos velhos,e sem falar no banheiro, bebedouro velho.
As cinco estrelas é para os professores e o Thiago.

I never go to Embelleze in my life. There is no way that the administration of the Niterói institution improves, much.
Scrapped environment, materials from years and years old, not to mention the bathroom, old water fountain.
The five stars is for teachers and Thiago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não vai levar nota 5 pelo atendimento, pois a aula é boa. Amo as aulas de maquiagem com a instrutora Cléo. Uma verdadeira profissional capacitada! As aulas são ótimas mas o atendimento deixa MUITO a desejar. Se eu fosse levar em consideração o atendimento não continuaria aqui, pois os atendentes/vendedores são verdadeiros sem educação. Não te dão nem um bom dia/boa tarde/boa noite depois que você compra o curso, ao chegar na instituição para as aulas você sempre se depara com eles mexendo no celular (não são todos, mas a grande maioria deles), se estão atendendo alunos ou não fica a dúvida, já que sempre que você precisa falar com a unidade demoram pra te atender, mas antes de vc assinar o contrato eles são um doce com você! Precisam melhorar isso urgentemente! ?
It just won't get a 5 for the service, because the class is good. I love makeup classes with instructor Cléo. A true trained professional! The classes are great but the service leaves a LOT to be desired. If I were to take into account the service I would not continue here, because the attendants / salesmen are real without education. They don’t even give you a good day / good afternoon / good night after you buy the course, when you arrive at the institution for classes you always encounter them using their cell phones (not all, but the vast majority of them), if they are attending students or there is no doubt, since whenever you need to speak to the unit they take time to attend you, but before you sign the contract they are sweet to you! They urgently need to improve this! ?
