★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é sempre ótimo! São educadas e atenciosas. A loja está sempre bem arrumada e limpa. Recomendo os batons matte, mesmo o mais básico tem uma fixação maravilhosa!
The service is always great! They are polite and considerate. The store is always tidy and clean. I recommend the matte lipsticks, even the most basic one has a wonderful fixation!

Ganhei um cupom e quando fui utilizá-lo na data indicada, fui questionada quanto a sua data de utilização, prontamente indiquei estar correta abrindo meu e-mail e apresentando o cupom online. Contudo, mesmo todos sabendo que foi um equívoco da parte deles, fui tratada com arrogância. Inclusive ao entregar meu celular, para mostrar o cupom, uma das funcionárias saiu da conta do meu e-mail estendendo-me o celular e solicitando que eu realizasse o login na minha conta de e-mail e abrisse o cupom novamente.
I love the products of this brand, but the service in this store specifically was terrible, except for one seller. I won a coupon and when I used it on the date I was asked about its use date, I promptly indicated that it was correct by opening my email and presenting the coupon online. However, even though everyone knew it was a mistake on their part, I was treated with arrogance. Even while delivering my phone to show the coupon, one of the employees went out of my account email handing me the phone and asking me to perform the log into my email account and open the coupon again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 09/09/17, minha sobrinha comprou uma maquiagem nessa loja Plaza de Niteroi e chegando em casa viu que a maquiagem que veio na embalagem não era a que ela havia escolhido , a vendedora que a atendeu tinha se enganado, até ai tudo bem, essas coisas acontecem. Moramos em Itaboraí, e pela distancia e por ser um sábado á noite e ela ter que retornar para a cidade onde estuda, ficou sem poder usa- la na noite de sábado. Hoje 15/09/17, sai de Itaboraí para trocar a maquiagem, e chegando na loja fui mal atendida por uma moça loira que estava no caixa. Era para ela ter me pedido desculpas pelo engano, mesmo depois que eu disse que tive que vir de Itaboraí a proposito só para trocar a maquiagem que a vendedora tinha posto errado na embalagem. Infelizmente não pedi o nome dela, nem da vendedora ( estava lá e não veio falar comigo) Uma outra vendedora com aparelho nos dentes virou pra mim e disse que era estranho , pois as vendedoras sempre confere a embalagem com o produto da caixa. Ninguém me pediu desculpas pelo engano. Uma tremenda falta de educação e uma péssima impressão que fiquei da loja.O atendimento foi o pior possível!
On 9/9/17, my niece bought makeup at this Plaza de Niteroi store and when she got home she saw that the makeup that came in the packaging was not the one she had chosen, the saleswoman who answered it had been wrong, so far everything well, these things happen. We live in Itaboraí, and due to the distance and because it is a Saturday night and she has to return to the city where she studies, she was unable to use it on Saturday night. Today 9/15/17, I left Itaboraí to change my makeup, and arriving at the store I was barely attended by a blonde girl who was at the checkout. She was supposed to apologize for the mistake, even after I said I had to come from Itaboraí on purpose just to change the makeup that the saleswoman had put wrong on the packaging. Unfortunately I didn't ask for her name, nor the saleswoman's (she was there and didn't come to talk to me) Another saleswoman with braces turned to me and said it was strange, because the salespeople always check the packaging with the product in the box. Nobody apologized to me for the mistake. A tremendous lack of education and a terrible impression that I got from the store. The service was the worst possible!
