★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Fiz inscrição para um curso de automaquiagem e paguei com um mês de antecedência. Na véspera do curso a Embelleze confirmou que aconteceria. No dia do curso, de manhã, mandam mensagem dizendo que o curso estava cancelado por falta de alunos. Uma desconsideração com o cliente! Exigi meu dinheiro de volta e disseram que só dali a 30 dias. Se eu paguei com antecedência, pq o dinheiro seria devolvido dias depois? Após muita pressão pelo meu dinheiro, consegui de volta. E nunca mais quero saber de Embelleze.
Write a Review I applied for an automation course and paid one month in advance. On the eve of the course the Embelleze confirmed that it would happen. On the day of the course, in the morning, they send a message saying that the course was canceled due to lack of students. A disregard for the customer! I demanded my money back and said it was only 30 days from now. If I paid in advance, why would the money be returned days later? After much pressure for my money, I got it back. And I never want to know Embelleze again.
