Em dezembro tive a ideia de começar um curso na Embelleze Santo antônio começou errado que demorou 2 meses para começar até ai eu relevei, comecei o curso as primeiras aulas tranquilas, um cronograma maravilhoso uma lista de material cara e impecável. Na 3 aula comecei perceber que não ia aprender até que decidi chamar a professora e conversar com ela, ela mesmo me disse que não iriamos aprender tudo que estava na apostila, como assim? Eu pago por tudo e aprendo só um pouco, amei a sinceridade dela e foi ai que decidi cancelar o curso. Agora eles estão me cobrando e me ameaçando de sujar meu nome, vê se pode.
Vocês precisam melhor o atendimento ao cliente ou a aula de vocês vão ser sempre com 3 alunos e no fim quem ficou? Ninguém, isso mesmo as três meninas que estavam fazendo comigo saíram também. Ainda querem cobrar por algo que eles não entregaram.
Eu saia do meu serviço correndo para chegar a tempo, chegava em casa as 23h porque morava longe e eles reconheceram isso? Não! Enganaram mais uma pessoa.

In December I had the idea to start a course at Embelleze Santo antônio started wrong that it took 2 months to start there. In class 3 I started to realize that I was not going to learn until I decided to call the teacher and talk to her, she even told me that we would not learn everything that was in the handout, how come? I pay for everything and learn just a little, I loved her sincerity and that's when I decided to cancel the course. Now they are charging me and threatening to dirty my name, see if you can.
Do you need better customer service or your class will always be with 3 students and in the end who stayed? Nobody, that's right, the three girls who were doing me went out too. They still want to charge for something they didn't deliver.
I left my service running to get there on time, I got home at 11 pm because I lived far away and did they recognize that? No! They tricked another person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mal organizado, parece que a coordenação não passa as informações para os funcionários. Te empurram em qualquer turma dizendo que está no começo, sendo que na verdade, na maioria das vezs a turma já está terminando.
Péssimo atendimento, ambiente mal estruturado. Não recomendo!
Very poorly organized, it seems that the coordination does not pass the information on to the employees. They push you into any class saying it's the beginning, when in fact, most of the time the class is already finishing.
Poor service, poorly structured environment. I do not recommend!
