Best possible experience, certainly the best clinic where I got care. Attentive and well-educated receptionists, both in telephone and face-to-face service. As for doctors, unmatched capacity and humanized care.

Mas, o que me chamou atenção foi sua humanização, ele é diferente, ele acolheu a mim e a minha família em um momento de desespero e nos trouxe tranquilidade. Ele e sim um ótimo medico, mas um ser humano ainda melhor.
My experience was great !!! Dr. Philip is a very capable professional, this is notorious. But what caught my attention was his humanization, he is different, he welcomed me and my family in a moment of despair and brought us peace of mind. He is a great doctor, but an even better human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone lá é de enfeite... ninguém atende, tem que ir até lá só para marcar uma consulta, o ruim atendimento começa a partir dai! Mas os médicos são ótimos.
The telephone there is a decoration... no one answers, you have to go there just to make an appointment, the bad service starts from there! But doctors are great.

Since before opening the clinic, Dr Philip has always shown competence and dedication in his field. His constant search for improvement gives us security and makes him a reference in the city.
I am suspicious to speak because the moment I needed it more than the diagnosis and indication of the best treatment, he offered me and my family tranquility, peace and a friendship whose value is priceless.
Humanized treatment is offered by all its employees. From the doorman, attendants to the doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível passamos por momentos triste na clínica e humilhante onde minha irmã estava marcada com a doutora Lorena Neuro pediatra para passar seu filho de 2 anos com suspeita de autismo e a médica não quis atender de forma alguma a criança .
Pelo fato de a mãe se atrasou por conta de não ser da cidade e acabou se perdendo na cidade.
a consulta estava marcada para 16:30 a mãe chegou 16:45 mesmo assim a doutora se recusou em atender a mãe aflita por um diagnóstico de seu filho chegando até passar mal na clínica.
A mãe com esperança de uma vaga ficou na cidade até o sábado retornando a clínica onde a médica iria atender novamente mas mesmo assim ficando aguardando toda a manhã não foi atendida.
Frustrada e muito triste retornou a sua cidade derrotada e arrasada muito humilhante ver uma mãe implorando por uma consulta particular e ser tão mal tratada.
Horrible we went through sad and humiliating moments at the clinic where my sister was scheduled with Dr. Lorena Neuro Pediatrician to spend her 2-year-old son with suspected autism and the doctor did not want to attend to the child at all.
Because the mother was late because she was not from the city and ended up getting lost in the city.
the appointment was scheduled for 4:30 pm the mother arrived at 4:45 pm even so the doctor refused to see the mother afflicted by a diagnosis of her son arriving until she got sick at the clinic.
The mother, hoping for a vacancy, stayed in town until Saturday, returning to the clinic where the doctor would see her again, but even so, she was kept waiting all morning and was not attended to.
Frustrated and very sad, she returned to her city defeated and devastated, very humiliating to see a mother begging for a private appointment and being so badly treated.
